Tre Archi In Altamura

We ate the pizza, good but not exceptional. Excellent ingredients but we like the Neapolitan type. The place has a very refined design as well as the service.

In the picturesque Altamura we had dinner at this restaurant. A refined and well-kept and modern environment. We were greeted with welcome taralli. The orecchiette with turnip tops, crusco pepper and crunchy breadcrumbs were delicious, the cutlets on a bed of vegetables were cooked to perfection, they were tender and tasty. I'm sorry for the wine by the glass as only one type of wine is available. I must say that the white and red wine served by the glass were awful.

Excellent restaurant. Reservations are required. I was there on a Sunday for lunch. We ordered land appetizers: cruschi peppers, artichokes and fried zucchini flowers, cheeses with jam, and a tart. As a first course, tagliolini with truffles and as a second course, braciola with vegetables. All washed down with a good susumaniello from the "li Veli" winery. Dessert, profiteroles. Great, very helpful staff. Average prices. All good, to return.

Ci sono stato, previa prenotazione, una domenica a pranzo. Abbiamo ordinato vari antipasti di terra, come carciofi e fiori di zucchine fritte, formaggi con marmellata, tortino, e peperone crusco. Di primo tagliolini al tartufo e braciola di secondo. Tutto innaffiato da un buon susumaniello della cantina " li Veli ". Profiteroles per finire. Che dire, tutto eccellente. Servizio rapido e molta disponibilità. Prezzi nella norma e bella location.

There are experiences that you never forget, and the one we had in this restaurant is undoubtedly one of them. Together with my family, we found ourselves immersed in an authentic, warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every detail seemed designed to make us feel at home... but with something more: respect for tradition, love for cooking and a professionalism that is rarely encountered. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by an impeccable staff: discreet, kind, present without ever being intrusive. A composure and care for the guest that struck us right away and that accompanied our entire stay, making it harmonious and relaxing. And then the food... how wonderful. Each dish told a story: that of their land, generous and full of authentic flavors. From the rich and fragrant appetizers, to the expertly prepared second courses, up to the desserts that left a smile on our lips... each bite was a little journey into this wonderful land rich in flavors and tradition. It is rare to find a place where the quality of the cuisine marries so well with the soul of the service and the beauty of the atmosphere. This restaurant gave us a precious moment, made of taste, human warmth and true tradition. We will return, without a doubt.

Ambiente molto bello e curato, staff gentile, titolare fantastica, cibo buono ma non eccelso, prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Cantina dei vini molto fornita. Da provare!
