There are unique places where you feel at home.
Tre Archi is one of them.
Where time stands still and the palate is delighted, one course after another.
Excellent wines are also available, from the cellar.
The hospitality of the hosts: Mina, Giuseppe, and their children, makes this place special.
Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, nothing is left to chance.
I celebrated my 30th birthday here and ate here many times with loved ones.
It never disappoints!
Long live this rare pearl of Apulian dining.

YES, this is a restaurant not to be missed. The location is well-maintained, as is the service, which is friendly and well-timed. The best part is the dishes of the typical local cuisine, perfect in execution and raw materials. I ate the sheep à la r'zzaul (cooked in a clay pot inside a wood-fired oven) and found it exceptional, but the other dishes were no less so. The wine list is excellent. Thanks to the owner and the staff.

In poche parole vi dico che questo locale non ha difetti, è perfetto.
Locale ben arredato, pulitissimo, piatti super buoni e i prezzi sono giusti per la qualità che riscontri nei piatti.
Ve lo consiglio, abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Cibo molto buono, ambiente curato e personale molto gentile. I piatti sono serviti in modo molto originale cone per esempio: l’albero del peperone crusco e la ruota panoramica dei formaggi.
