YES, this is a restaurant not to be missed. The location is well-maintained, as is the service, which is friendly and well-timed. The best part is the dishes of the typical local cuisine, perfect in execution and raw materials. I ate the sheep à la r'zzaul (cooked in a clay pot inside a wood-fired oven) and found it exceptional, but the other dishes were no less so. The wine list is excellent. Thanks to the owner and the staff.

You might think this is a trendy, nouvelle cuisine restaurant. It's not. A warm atmosphere, impeccable service, and good value for money. The dishes are delicate, the ingredients are super fresh, and the portions generous. Special mention goes to the bombette, the zucchini fiori, and the pizzas.

Ci sono stato, previa prenotazione, una domenica a pranzo.
Abbiamo ordinato vari antipasti di terra, come carciofi e fiori di zucchine fritte, formaggi con marmellata, tortino, e peperone crusco.
Di primo tagliolini al tartufo e braciola di secondo.
Tutto innaffiato da un buon susumaniello della cantina " li Veli ".
Profiteroles per finire.
Che dire, tutto eccellente.
Servizio rapido e molta disponibilità.
Prezzi nella norma e bella location.

Ristorante davvero bello al centro di Altamura. Proprietaria molto brava. Pizze buone. I prezzi davvero alti (margherita 8 euro) non giustificati dalla presenza di personale di sala o cucina di livello (personale tutto straniero). Ci si aspetta la tradizione non solo nei piatti. Una selezione di vini e champagne invidiabile, credo il migliore in Puglia per la scelta. La pecca più importante di questo posto è il mostrare al tavolo i dolci per la scelta, non rispettando le norme haccp. Assolutamente non gradita.
