Stunning place, with great aesthetic impact, with furnishings of great taste and beauty (Beautiful panoramic cellar)
The menu is simple, traditional dishes of great taste and quality, an infinite wine list; the only flaw in my opinion was an error on the wine list, where a sparkling white wine refermented in the bottle was positioned in the white wines category and not in the correct category (sparkling/sparkling wines) but once it arrived at the table, I immediately understood the mistake and I had it replaced, before opening, with a white wine, still from Puglia but still, following my initial idea; Another flaw, the opening of the bottle by the Waiter, with an improvised, technically incorrect way, from the engraving of the capsule, to the removal of the cork, up to the service. I understand the young age and the fact that I have never attended a sommelier course, but it would be enough for a more expert figure to explain the basic rules for opening and serving wine or any drink in a restaurant of this level and beauty. . After all, for me and my family it was an excellent experience, absolutely worth trying again.

This was a recommendation from our AirBnB host (MariaGiovanna) - wow!!!! amazing!
We had planned to have pizza, but they only cook pizza in the evenings.
So, we ate from the menu.
The olive oil was so full of taste, I asked for some more to accompany my traditional bread.
We drank lovely, chilled house white wine to accompany our tempura courgette flowers - divine!
I ate the fat spaghetti. Tasty!
We were given a free dessert too - a delicious, sweet, cream pastry.
Our service was very professional, helpful and very friendly. The young lady (with the cool glasses) was excellent.
We are travellers and friendly, engaging, happy service makes us feel special.
Your English is amazing. I loved your 10Kg traditional bread!!
This is our highlight of Altamura!
