Tre Archi In Altamura

This is my second time here and I was just as enthusiastic as the first time. A welcoming place, studied in every detail, with very nice and professional staff. Dishes with attention to presentation but above all all very good, from beef carpaccio to bombette, from spaghetti to tagliolini with truffle. The desserts are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

A restaurant hidden in the beautiful historic center of the town... you enter and find a world... Charming restaurant from the moment you enter, wonderful and warm welcome from all the staff. Live music with historical instruments of the great Italian music... a real caress during lunch. High quality food and all beautifully presented... The restaurant is made up of several rooms, all very well-kept and elegant... there is a wonderful open cellar where you can admire wines arranged in an exemplary and nice way... Small cellar in a small basement almost on the restaurant floor... wide choice of quality wines. We decided to proceed with ordering most of the starters which are all very good and very well presented (the presentation was really stylish, I liked it a lot). Some errors may occur when ordering between dining room and kitchen staff and therefore you may receive something not ordered which you can honestly say you should leave because it is very appetising:-) In any case, they are still very good at not having problems and apologizing for the misunderstanding. The staff is very young but very polite and helpful towards the customer... you are happy to leave a tip! To conclude, everything was very good, the only thing that didn't taste good was the cod on chickpea cream, it didn't excite me, perhaps because there were too many flavors, all different and all together? Last but not least the dessert... very good chocolate cakes, the tiramisu I expected very very much much more... and a piece of advice, use MASCARPONE AND NOT CREAM, even if it's not the best for physical well-being. ...the tiramisu must be literally drowned in mascarpone! My only two clarifications are the tiramisu and the bill is a little high compared to other places in the area (not the same municipality) which offer equal quality... I will definitely return to visit the terrace and see the other rooms that I didn't want to visit on purpose... the pizza also excites me... Very very pleasant and recommended... They are attentive to intolerances, I learned, but a small flaw is that the dining room staff, to be perfect, should be trained to ask diners before starting the order if they are allergic and to report everything... it's my personal advice and it will earn you a lot of feedback... trust me!!!! I always tell the truth

A five-star restaurant... I ate a truly excellent tagliolini with white truffle. Nothing was missing!!!

Ci sono stato, a pranzo, una domenica, previa prenotazione, su indicazione di un amico. Che dire. Bellissima location nel centro storico, ma soprattutto varietà nella scelta e ottima qualità. Cantina molto assortita. Personale disponibile e tempi brevi di attesa. Abbiamo iniziato con alcuni antipasti; Poi spaghettoni con sponsale, pomodorini al forno, pancetta affumicata e sugo. Come secondo le braciole. Per finire dolci. Tutto innaffiato da un susumaniello anno 2022 della masseria Li Veli. Tutto sublime. Lo consiglio.

Ristorante nella norma, ben curato e pulito, personale di sala gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta, unica nota dolente è che ad un certo orario della sera, quando il locale è particolarmente pieno, il personale va in completa confusione e ti ritrovi che per avere un caffè aspetti di più che per avere una portata.
