Coming back after 20 years, I have to say that everything is as perfect as ever.
A little suggestion? Maybe change those cold lights and replace them with warmer ones to make the atmosphere less sterile.

This spaghetti restaurant in Manera was a pleasant discovery. The place isn't very big, but the owner, even though we hadn't called ahead, managed to get us a meal. The appetizers are very generous. The real highlight, of course, are the first courses: a choice of penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, followed by agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. But the gluten-free pasta is a must-have. Before choosing your sauces, you need to decide on your portion: regular (200g), small (100g), or generous (300g) for those who want to roll out the door. The sauces are varied: meat-based, fish-based, vegetarian, unusual, and creamy, all at more than fair prices. We tried the tagliatelle alla norma, the Aida gnocchi with stracchino, chopped pistachios, and gorgonzola, and the nocino agnolotti with fontina, chopped hazelnuts, cream, and tomato. Regular portions are already generous, delicious, and, above all, easy to digest! To round out our fabulous meal, we ordered a homemade cake called "nocciotella," made with sponge cake filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, served warm. I love hazelnuts, and I can say it was amazing! Kudos to the service, delivered with simplicity and professionalism, making you feel at ease. Kudos to the friendliness, quality, helpfulness, and cleanliness. We'll definitely be back with friends, but this time we'll book ahead.

Whenever possible, we stop at this spaghetti restaurant in Benevello. Always a guarantee, with superb dishes and a wide selection of sauces and pastas. Highly recommended.

Surprised and happy to have found this place not far from Alba.
The person who took me had been there before. I thought it was a place like Mi Scusi or Pastarito with seven types of pasta and ten sauces. In reality, it's a true pasta-eater's paradise, with well over seven different shapes, three different quantities expressed in ounces of pasta for maximum transparency, two types of wheat (regular or kamut), and above all, five pages of different sauces. Maybe it's a bit... Over a hundred different sauces, including all the classics.
At this point, I was suspicious of the quality of the ingredients and chose tagliatelle with salmon. When they arrived, I was happy to see that the tagliatelle were al dente, the salmon was truly salmon and in the right quantities, and the sauce was expertly made.
The pasta alla tirolese that my companion had was also good.
If I had to make a comment, I'd try to redesign the menus to be prettier, more readable, and with unique, clear graphics that reflect this decade. I'd also try to simplify the sauce selection by offering a different list based on seasonality, or simply writing the addition of chopped walnuts to the salmon sauce as an option instead of treating it as two different sauces. I also suggest managing the entire menu electronically, filtering it by name or desired ingredient.
Anyway, it's a truly excellent place; it just needs to enter the third millennium and we're there.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, reading the name: spaghettiteca... What can I say... A wonderful place! The atmosphere is family-friendly, very homey, and there are so many pasta shapes and sauces, each more intriguing than the last. The portions are generous and truly well-seasoned. Every pasta lover should come here at least once in their life. I had the agnolotti with Barolo sauce, spectacular. My partner had the penne with Pesci sauce with sausage and hazelnuts, delicate and flavorful. Then finally, tiramisu. A truly out-of-this-world tiramisu. All topped off with the wonderful smile of Santina and her girls, the owner, who is a wonderful person, whose way of doing things makes you feel right at home. I recommend it to everyone, absolutely worth trying. Hi Santina, you've stolen my heart!

If you want to eat pasta and are nearby, i.e. Benevello, then you should go here. The best pasta at an incredibly low price. 300 sauces to choose from for your pasta. The chef has worked there for over 30 years
