It was a true gastronomic experience, the owner guided us on this journey with a surprise menu (4, 5 or 6 courses of your choice) in which we were amazed. Very refined raw materials, the difference is made by the attention put into the preparation of each dish and in the relationship with customers which is very close given the intimacy of the restaurant. Possibility to choose 1 wine tasting paired with each course, or even 1 bottle. The price is in line with expectations given the refinement of the dishes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Montefiascone and who loves quality slow food.

The first thing you notice once you enter is the absence of tablecloths on the tables and the relative spacing between the tables. The second and most important is the impact with the Chef and owner, Debora, known to her friends as Manuela. He is an enthusiastic person. It's the kind that gets you excited, that gets you to try things you wouldn't otherwise try. But at the same time she is not at all intrusive, she lets you talk, tries to understand who she is dealing with and then offers you something that she thinks is in line with the person in front of her. Top-notch raw materials, top-notch execution, star-studded plating, as well as the combination of the various ingredients. I didn't give 5 stars only because the enthusiasm and desire to improve is such that I'm sure we'll see some good things in the coming months Congratulations indeed

We had a delicious 4 course tasting lunch yesterday. Chef Enanuela is very creative and makes beautiful looking and tasting food. She told us that she was 53 but she looks like 35! Her secret is that she eats her own food 😅😍

We were so astonished while traveling through the city and just looking to eat "some descent Italian" food and be surprised by 4 times Michelin Chef, beautiful and talented lady, who invited us in and made for us small food Holliday. Grazie mille

The dinner we had at Osmosi was a real experience. Every single detail, from the room to the wine pairing was excellent! The food is excellent, with attention to every detail and cooked with local products, as are the matching wines. Definitely a unique and exceptional way to elevate the flavors of the area. The owner and head chef of the restaurant explained the dishes and the wines that accompanied them to us in every detail, making us imagine the flavors even before eating, this demonstrates the care taken in studying and then cooking the dish. Truly a beautiful experience that I highly recommend!

Dopo qualche anno, torno in questo locale. Ambiente elegante, un servizio e cucina di giovanissimi, professionale e accogliente, degustazione di pietanze eccellenti elaborati con ingredienti locali, dal pesce allo zenzero ecc. ed un conto molto giusto. Questi elementi ti fanno pensare a quando tornare per gustare altri piatti in una piacevole atmosfera.

Sono celiaca e ho trovato piatti per me fatti con cura ,molto buoni dall'antipasto al dolce ho completato la degustazione.Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti è un locale adatto.
