This is a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it hasn't received a star yet, so definitely go. Everything was excellent, really, nothing to complain about.

This is the best restaurant in Montefiascone. We have eaten in many good places in Lazio on our four day trip. This one stands out as serving the most delicious, inventive food. Deborah ( Manuela) is the pillar of this establishment. Not only she knows how to cook but also shares her vast knowledge of local wines. We spent an unforgettable evening! The place clearly deserves at least one Michelin star.

Osmosi Osteria Moderna wasn't a random choice, but the result of careful research to discover a truly special place to celebrate a couple's birthday. And our expectations were completely exceeded.
The first thing that strikes you is the atmosphere: a cozy, warm, elegant yet unpretentious space, with a splendid window overlooking the kitchen, allowing you to witness the work behind every dish and immediately conveying passion, transparency, and authenticity.
Huge praise goes to chef and owner Debora, the true soul of the restaurant. You can clearly sense the expertise, sensitivity, and research behind every offering on the suggested tasting menu, which we greatly appreciated. Dishes are carefully crafted, never predictable, balanced, and meticulously crafted, yet always full of character and soul. A cuisine that manages to be creative without losing its connection to the local area and authentic flavor.
The contribution of her trusted and attentive kitchen assistant is also fundamental. The service is impeccable, never intrusive, and extremely attentive.
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience: the hospitality, the helpfulness, the quality of the cuisine, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. It all contributed to a truly memorable evening.
The quality/price ratio was absolutely excellent for the level of experience offered.
One of those rare places where you can clearly sense the people behind the place truly love what they do.

An exceptional experience, a well-kept and clean venue, extraordinary hospitality, and sublime food. It was a sensory journey crafted with intelligence, creativity, and absolute respect for the ingredients. Each course arrives as a surprise, telling a story of aromas, textures, and contrasts crafted with almost artistic precision. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we'll be back soon!

This place offers a gastronomic journey ranging from traditional to contemporary, showcasing the flavors of many of the ingredients, many of which are local. The chef offers a truly valuable format, describing each dish and providing a general outline of the experience (we opted for a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings). Impeccable service, generous portions, and an intimate yet familiar atmosphere made this dinner an unforgettable experience. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food.

A cutting-edge osteria with interesting dishes. Some things stood out to me, such as the salmon-based homage to Pollock and the ravioli with octopus amatriciana, both delicious!
Overall, the most popular dishes were the two first courses and the appetizers. The wine selection, which the chef offered us, was also very good.

Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience.
