It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

Everything at this restaurant was perfect—from the warm welcome to the attentive service, and especially the food! Fresh, healthy, and innovative, the dishes showcase fine cuisine at its best. The atmosphere is both intimate and comfortable, making the experience truly enjoyable. To top it all off, the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montefiascone. A unique experience! I was initially looking for a typical trattoria where I could try the typical Est Est Est!, but once I arrived, it seemed too fancy. I overcame my prejudice and went in. Simply wow! I don't know how else to describe what I experienced here. I've never eaten anything so good and so well-stocked in terms of ingredients. The chef and staff are top-notch.

We opted for the tasting menu recommended by the owner, and I must say we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was excellent, and with the tasting menu, we were able to try many more dishes than we would have with the à la carte menu. The owner is very cheerful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic restaurant! We had the 4 course tasting menu for lunch. The food was incredible. The talented chef was extremely tentative and accommodating to our preferences. Moreover, she served my partner and I different primi and secondi courses so we had the benefit of trying 4 different courses between us. She also gave us some wonderful recommendations for sightseeing in the local area, which we would have totally missed otherwise. We had a great time exploring these in the afternoon and evening. Thank you!

Sono capitato in questo ristorante grazie al mio socio che già conosceva la loro cucina devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla cura dei piatti dalla gentilezza del personale e dalla qualità della nateria prima piatti belli alla giusta e buonissimi anche i vini molto interessanti i. Più ben spiegati dalla titolare molto professionale consigliatissimo merita più di una vosita

Splendido cena a Montefiascone! Una fusione molto raffinata e equilibrata tra prodotti locali e maestria in cucina che rende ogni piatto speciale. L’attenzione ai dettagli e la gentilezza del servizio completa l’ esperienza, e fa venir voglia di ritornare al più presto. E il buon giorno si vede dal mattino…. Il pane caldo e croccante era un ottimo inizio. Tornerò per provare anche i dolci….
