Twenty-two seats for lucky guests. Nothing is left to chance, there's no banality, just fantastic associations in a journey of colors and high-quality ingredients. A hostess who pampers and directs with care and mastery. We are completely satisfied.

Amazing meal with only the two of us for lunch. Gave a free hand to the Chef Debroah to cook our seafood lunch paired with a white wine. With a direct conversation and personal connection for each course it was special.

We got a tip from friends to try Osmosi in Montefiascone. It was absolutely worth it! We could see into part of the kitchen through a glass partition, which immediately gave us confidence. The owner, Debora, was very friendly and attentive. Everything is freshly prepared. We both ordered the set menu. We had some of the same dishes, and some different ones. Of course, we each tried different dishes. Everything was delicious! There wasn't a single thing we weren't happy with. Highly recommended. Every meal is worth the money! We'll be back!

During our vacation, we had a meal for three. The food was delicious, the personal attention from the chef was pleasant, and each dish was more beautiful than the last. We enjoyed some wonderful local wines with our meal, and I can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special evening in the Montefiascone area

It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

Da Ciccio Alla Capannaccia

03/01/2026: For our first dinner of the day in the area, last Sunday we dined at Ciccio alla Capannaccia, a charming country trattoria located near Acquapendente and winner of an episode of Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" in 2016. It offers a wide-ranging menu of local cuisine (including several off-menu dishes) using top-quality ingredients. The restaurant is welcoming and the service is very friendly, with the owner, Ciccio, being truly charming. After choosing our wine, an excellent Sangovese Thybris 2023 from Castello di Corbara, we began with pici carbonara with black truffle and pici "alla Ciccio" (mushrooms, sausage, wild fennel, and pecorino cheese), both delicious. We then shared a tender Mangalica pork fillet with baked potatoes. Finally, desserts included a mascarpone cream with almond brittle and a Nutella panna cotta. A water, two coffees, and two liqueurs were kindly offered, bringing the final bill to €96 for two, which is extremely reasonable. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return!
02/01/2026: Ristorante da Ciccio in La Capannaccia is a place you absolutely must try. The welcome is incredible: it feels like family here. The menu is meticulously explained, both in detail and in its preparation. All the dishes are enticing, but in the end, unfortunately, you have to make a choice. The appetizer is delicious, the fried dishes and the trio of artichokes are amazing. The pizza, leavened for 48 hours, is a true delight for the palate. The first courses are excellent, but the meat dishes, prepared with culinary expertise, are especially worth trying. Here, you should relax and let yourself be guided in choosing quality products masterfully prepared. You don't come to Da Ciccio for the location or just to eat, but to be pampered and enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable experience. It's been 10 years since he won on Alessandro Borghese's show, but Ciccio's cuisine has steadily improved over the years and today it is considered a true Italian excellence to be enjoyed and preserved. Bravo, Ciccio, you're a genius!
