Exceptional experience. We took the 6-course menu: 3 starters, a first course, a second course and a dessert. We took advice from the chef, who was always very attentive and helpful. The courses were one better than the other... balanced and never banal flavours. The very good natural wine and the fact that the dishes were lactose-free made the evening perfect. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, excellent food and impeccable service

I went to dinner yesterday with my boyfriend. Lovely warm and welcoming place. The owner is a wonderful person. Original and delicious dishes. All prepared with the utmost care and attention. Excellent choices also for people with intolerances and allergies. Impeccable service. I recommend it to all those who think of having a nice day or even more than one in Montefiascone. You cannot leave or pass through Montefiascone without having come to osmosis.

Una bella cena con mio marito e le mie figlie adolescenti, piatti curati, elaborati, ma allo stesso tempo non estremi, in modo da poter soddisfare anche due ragazze poco avvezze alla cucina ricercata. La proprietaria poi è veramente una persona gentile e attenta, ci ha fatti sentire coccolati e a nostro agio... tutto delizioso.

Siamo finiti in questo locale per caso, durante un piccolo viaggio, e siamo rimasti estasiati da tutto. Eravamo io, mio marito, la nostra bimba di 3 anni e la nostra cagnona, e la chef è stata gentilissima con entrambe, cosa non scontata. Il locale è intimo e accogliente, moderno e con la cucina a vista, bella da vedere. Da quando siamo entrati è stata una scoperta continua, che ci ha sorpresi e conquistati minuto dopo minuto. Ci è stato proposto un percorso degustazione di 5 portate, che abbiamo accettato incuriositi, precisando però che io sono vegana, temendo fosse un problema e invece sono pronti a gestire qualunque esigenza, e senza nessun preavviso! Le portate sono state stupefacenti, deliziose, curate, pensate, e con l'utilizzo di prodotti del territorio. Impiattamenti belli e anche giocosi, abbinamenti particolari, e un gusto veramente spettacolare, anche per le portate vegane. Anche i vini ci sono stati proposti in calici in abbinamento ai piatti, e abbiamo scoperto dei prodotti particolari, interessanti, anch'essi legati al territorio. Ma il vero pezzo forte è stata la chef Debora, che ci ha anche serviti al tavolo. E' stata gentile, simpatica, naturale, alla mano, e la passione che traspare quando racconta i piatti e i prodotti è veramente d'ispirazione. Ci siamo sentiti a casa di amici, pur degustando piatti da ristorante stellato, ci siamo veramente innamorati di questo posto, e mentre eravamo a tavola pensavamo già a a come fare per tornarci, programmando di soggiornare in zona solo per poter ripetere questa fantastica esperienza. Tutti dovrebbero mangiare qui almeno una volta!
