A very pleasant surprise in Montefiascone. High quality and refined cuisine in a very well-kept environment and impeccable service. The route proposed today, August 15th 2024, by Deborah, the talented owner of the "tavern", was a true sensorial experience: everything impeccable in a happy harmony of flavors and aromas with high quality ingredients selected from what the area offers. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.

We chose a four-course meal chosen by the chef and it proved to be amazing. Since I have celiac disease, I was able to taste all the dishes chosen. Attention to every detail! Congratulations to you who put your heart into what you do ♥️

Dopo qualche anno, torno in questo locale. Ambiente elegante, un servizio e cucina di giovanissimi, professionale e accogliente, degustazione di pietanze eccellenti elaborati con ingredienti locali, dal pesce allo zenzero ecc. ed un conto molto giusto. Questi elementi ti fanno pensare a quando tornare per gustare altri piatti in una piacevole atmosfera.

Happened by chance, passing through Montefiascone, attracted by the name. Magnificent experience! Which alone would be worth the trip from Rome. Refined dishes but with simple local ingredients, an explosion of flavours. Congratulations to Debora, her passion and her staff.

Capitati per caso perché lungo il nostro tragitto, un vero colpo di fortuna perché attratti dal nome abbiamo deciso di entrare, senza prima farci guidare da recensioni sul web. La dimensione ideale per una coppia, ma anche per tavole più numerose. Piatti che esplodono di gusto e di piacere visivo. Tutto perfettamente bilanciato, armonico, dall'antipasto al dolce. Nessuna pecca. La padrona di casa poi, Debora, trasmette tutta la passione che si ritrova nei piatti, già a partire dall'accoglienza, simpatica, solare e davvero fantastica ai fornelli. Prezzo giustissimo per tutto quello che abbiamo assaporato con tutti i sensi (abbiamo fatto il percorso degustazione con abbinamento vini). The food was good and nicely presented. The people there are also very nice. However, in my opinion the price/performance ratio is modest (e.g. €8 for a glass of house wine).

A small diamond in the heart of Montefiascone.. excellent dishes and masterfully described by chef Emanuela.... fantastic service.. go there because as the great Verdone said in a film: was it worth it?.... Yes, it's really worth traveling a few miles to enjoy exceptional dishes... the owner is good and good at cooking!!💪

Thanks to the two splendid dinner-tasting evenings spent together with the excellent combinations of our grechetti, aleatico rosé without sulphites and we concluded with the mutatis mutandis sparkling wine, Emanuela, the hostess, good in the kitchen and excellent in the dining room, exceptional presence on AIS regional councilor Cosimo Mimmo Gravina who professionally described the characteristics of our wines.
