Small and comfortable environment. Satisfying choice of wines... The fusillo with red prawn and the quail are absolutely worth trying. The salmon and tuna tartare were a pleasant discovery. If you pass through Montefiascone it is absolutely worth stopping.

Una bella cena con mio marito e le mie figlie adolescenti, piatti curati, elaborati, ma allo stesso tempo non estremi, in modo da poter soddisfare anche due ragazze poco avvezze alla cucina ricercata.
La proprietaria poi è veramente una persona gentile e attenta, ci ha fatti sentire coccolati e a nostro agio... tutto delizioso.

High level restaurant both in terms of quality and the courtesy and professionalism of the owner. Ravioli with exceptional octopus matriciana and purple potatoes stuffed with cod as well.

We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable.
We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended.
Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish.

Capitati per caso abbiamo scoperto un locale in cui cibo ed ambiente accogliente rendono, l’esperienza perfetta. Ci siamo lasciati guidare ed accompagnate nella scelta del menu e del vino e mai decisone fu più azzeccata! Tutto veramente buonissimo e poiché anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte va detto che, anche la presentazione dei piatti in apparenza semplice ma d’ impatto, ha dato un tocco in più . Prezzo assolutamente adeguato alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Un grazie speciale per i tagliolini perché l espressione del mio accompagnatore alla loro vista è stata fantastica !!

It was a true gastronomic experience, the owner guided us on this journey with a surprise menu (4, 5 or 6 courses of your choice) in which we were amazed.
Very refined raw materials, the difference is made by the attention put into the preparation of each dish and in the relationship with customers which is very close given the intimacy of the restaurant.
Possibility to choose 1 wine tasting paired with each course, or even 1 bottle.
The price is in line with expectations given the refinement of the dishes.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Montefiascone and who loves quality slow food.
