A very cozy restaurant with an elegant interior and an incredible Christmas atmosphere - beautiful decorations create a feeling of a real holiday. The establishment is popular, so it is better to book a table in advance. The cuisine is at a high level: the dishes are delicious, the presentation is thoughtful. The service is impeccable - attentive, professional waiters. The girl singer left a special impression: her voice and performance added warmth and special magic to the evening. I definitely want to come back again.

A very positive experience, a beautiful and refined place, food with excellent quality products cooked with mastery, flavors and products of our land, just the right portions with an extensive wine list, attentive and very kind staff..... in short, if you go to San Giovanni Rotondo (to Padre Pio) and you don't want to eat the usual tourist menu......well, you have to come to Sale e Pepe..... you won't regret it....

We dine here as we stay at the Gran Paradiso hotel. It is in the same level with the hotel lobby. Service and atmosphere are excellent, waiters were attentive and fast eventhough we were not speaking Italian. Food are just okay to our liking. Beers are nice.
