Ristorante Olimpo In Sestri levante

This review is for Zeus Sky Bar only as we didn’t eat at the restaurant. We arrived without a reservation about an hour before sunset (in June), and were seated straightaway. I’m not exaggerating when I say the view is absolutely breathtaking, even all the stunning photos shared here cannot do it justice- it has to be seen to be believed. We did the 20€pp aperitivo option, which included a signature cocktail and a selection of antipasti. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. We stayed long after sunset and loved it so much that before leaving, we booked a table for our last night in Sestri Levante, a couple of days later! We fell in love with Sestri Levante on this holiday, and this rooftop bar really shows it off in all its glory.

A pleasant and relaxing experience, with professional, polite, and always helpful waitstaff. I was particularly impressed by Mirko, a young, polite, and very helpful man. I will definitely return next year with my wife and son to sample the restaurant's specialties and enjoy the refined, warm atmosphere.

We've been coming to Sestri Levante for years and always visit the Zeus Skybar at the Hotel Vis a Vis. We were there three times in 2025. The location is perfect for a sundowner. Wonderful views and very well-prepared cocktails and drinks. The service is very friendly and attentive. The first cocktail, including an aperitif platter, costs €20 per person (as of 2025) – just about acceptable for the view and the quality. A slight downside to the service is that, as non-residents, we're generally denied a table in the front row (the argument: it's reserved for hotel guests). It's annoying for non-residents. However, we did manage to get a good seat in the end.

The entire vegan menu features so many delicious options, I wasn't expecting it! The location is unforgettable, with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Silence.

Really great place, of course with location and view, and attentive service. The waitress got her own hook for her bag to hang on at the table, to name a few. We had a tartare to share for starters (was definitely enough for two, more than enough for one), and duck and bacon-wrapped tuna for mains, respectively, and a large chocolate dessert with assorted fruits to finish. Definitely worth the visit, and also good prices to keep the level high!

We were guests at Olimpo and were thrilled. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The cuisine was a real surprise: the seafood carbonara and the tuna fillet with foie gras and truffle were balanced and flavorful, living up to our highest expectations. To top off the evening, we enjoyed an amaro on the restaurant's rooftop, with a breathtaking view of the Baia del Silenzio e delle Favole: an experience worth the visit in itself. A place where the beauty of the location doesn't overshadow, but rather enhances, the quality of the cuisine. Highly recommended.

Incredible. Elegant and refined. On the top floor with a breathtaking view. Dining à la carte here was truly an experience I'd never had before. You can see the two bays, the Silence Bay is truly evocative. There's also a rooftop with an even more expansive and truly beautiful view, but the very well-maintained and refined restaurant truly surprised my girlfriend and I. In addition to the winemaker who brings and explains the wine you've chosen, there's also the waiter who offers a detailed explanation of the dishes. Before dessert, they scraped the crumbs off the table with a fun tool, hahaha. Well, the dessert was out of this world, and so was the rare seared tuna with duck crust and truffle. They even put a candle in the dessert for my girlfriend's birthday. Shoutout to the guy who brought us the cake and charged us the bill, he was really kind and good at his job. The prices are very fair and the quality is high. Hugs to everyone, we'll definitely be back!!!

A dream! Sestri at 360 degrees, impeccable staff, delicious food

Excellent, impeccable service, and a shout-out to the charming Mirco. Haute cuisine and fair prices. I recommend the tasting menu to sample all their excellent cuisine. Varied wine list. And, of course, the view is unparalleled!
