Coictel and tasty aperitif fantastic location

Last night, I had an aperitif with my family on the terrace. Just being on that terrace feels like being in Paradise, if you are there with loved ones and they serve you some fantastic appetizers sprinkled with high quality wines (I have the duty to thank Giacomo), who well recommended two excellent wines to us. The terrace of this Hotel/Restaurant is a must see, an unforgettable place.

Impeccable experience and service, not to mention the beautiful view! The only flaw was the lack of explanation of the dishes! Despite everything it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended! Truly friendly and kind waiters, the dedication and best wishes for the anniversary were greatly appreciated!

We needed somewhere to talk about work in a relaxed and prestigious context. The choice could only fall on the Olimpo restaurant. The best view of Sestri Levante in an environment that is refined and informal at the same time, always putting you at ease in any case. After tasting the signature cocktails proposed by the barman, we started lunch with the gran crudo, truly generous in portions and in the quality of the express preparations ranging from the great classics to small more fusion tapas, in short, a truly important dish that convinced us all . On the wine we let ourselves be advised by the owner and sommelier who was able to offer us the best bubbles outside the classic circuit of famous labels, a great and positive surprise, so much so that we repeated the bottle. We concluded with dessert and coffee, an absolute experience that overshadowed the business meeting. Well done!

Guys, eat like a god, be served like gentlemen and spend the right amount. Nothing like the multitudes of taverns and places attracting tourists where they rip you off. I know the chef and he creates sublime dishes. Taste the seafood carbonara accompanied by Katsubuoshi, really cool! We really appreciated the thought they gave us by offering us some desserts, just for our particular evening. It really deserves it.

Posto unico incantevole, vista mozzafiato, il responsabile Giacomo persona squisita super preparato sui vino (la carta è eccezionale) e sul menù che varia sempre, ti coccola per tutta la durata della cena e/o pranzo . Lo Chef che passa a fine cena tra i tavoli a salutare è stupendo , diciamo che passa a prendersi i complimenti perché non ne sbaglia una. Ho organizzato anche il mio matrimonio oltre che vari compleanni, e cene intime, quindi ne parlerò sempre bene sia del ristorante Olimpo che del bar Zeus dove hai musica in sottofondo carta vini eccellente cocktail spettacolari ed un servizio da 5 stelle oltre che una vista infinita sul mare e sulla Baia del Silenzio . Le mie foto non rendono quindi dovete provarlo assolutamente .
