The Olimpo restaurant is a true culinary jewel and more. The location, with attention to every detail, is enchanting and offers a wonderful view of both bays of Sestri Levante. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owner Giacomo Pittaluga, extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent sommelier, guarantees, together with all his staff, an absolutely pleasant experience, putting his guests at ease. The wine selection is exceptional, carefully selected, broad and Giacomo's suggestions always accompany us in a unique experience in perfect balance in the combination of food and wine. Chef Mauro Manfredi is also excellent and with experience and skill he offers exquisite and refined dishes, excellently presented and with perfectly balanced and sublime flavours, always selecting the highest quality raw materials. The executive chef who passes among the guests at the end of the dinner is a pleasant courtesy that completes the experience, reconfirming the perfect welcome that can be sensed from the moment you enter. The Olimpo restaurant offers an unforgettable, refined and exceptional culinary experience, immersed in a very evocative context and this is why it is always exciting to return and let yourself be pampered. I highly recommend everyone to try!

Inizio con la vista...splendida è riduttiva... uno sguardo a 360 gradi sul territorio, davvero unico. La sala è ampia, i tavoli ben distanziati in modo da garantire intimità, gli arredi sono un pò 'old style' in linea con lo stile dell'hotel ma nell'insieme il colpo d'occhio è piacevole ..per quanto riguarda i piatti proposti devo dire che tutti quelli da noi scelti erano gustosi e con articolari abbinamenti di sapori (forse solo il dolce è risultato un po' "confuso" per la presenza di molti ingredienti nel piatto ma comunque piacevole). Buona la carta dei vini, personale molto cordiale. Prezzi in linea con la qualità e la posizione della struttura. Se avete occasione di passare da queste parti vale sicuramente la pena farci un passo!

I give this excellent restaurant 4 stars for that "commonplace", which says: everything can be better. Still, the service was very good and the "risotto", prepared when we asked for it, was delicious.

My friends and I came here for dinner, we were surprised because the restaurant is located on the 8th floor of the hotel with an unreal view. Extremely beautiful and atmospheric place, delicious cuisine and friendly staff. The restaurant is definitely worth paying attention to. Now, being in Sestri Levante, I will come here.

Fantastic location with breathtaking views, refined furnishings, kind and professional staff, impeccable service! Wide choice of delicacies on the menu proposed by the chef, from tasty oysters to sublime baked fish, all accompanied by excellent wines! Price commensurate with the high quality of the food, highly recommended!
