The seating is quite comfortable and you can watch the hustle and bustle of Tortoli. Unfortunately, the food is below average (appetizers and tapas), and the prices are above average. It's more of a tourist trap, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Bar Belvedere

08/07/2025: The food was good but a bit overpriced for the quantity and quality. Nothing special. The view (if you can get a seat on the terrace, depending on the situation) is really great. However, you're also sitting right next to the main road, with the associated noise and exhaust fumes. I would have given it 4 stars, but the restrooms are underground. There's no lock, and there's no toilet seat!
