Restaurant inside the Mercure Rome Fiumicino hotel. Spacious atmosphere and average menu. Amatriciana and cacio e pepe are perhaps a little lighter in flavor than true Roman tradition. The restaurant also offers pizza. Courteous and helpful staff. Good coffee and a friendly and helpful barista.

26/04/2026: We walked in without having seen the Google reviews; we probably wouldn't have eaten there if we had. But we had a great experience. The service was very friendly, the head waiter was always attentive, the food was delicious, and the location is ideal. If you want a view of the Colosseum, this isn't the place to look.
