Restaurant inside the Mercure Rome Fiumicino hotel. Spacious atmosphere and average menu. Amatriciana and cacio e pepe are perhaps a little lighter in flavor than true Roman tradition. The restaurant also offers pizza. Courteous and helpful staff. Good coffee and a friendly and helpful barista.

09/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, excellent food, fast and impeccable service, easily accessible by bus or car, although finding parking nearby is a challenge. Both meat and fish dishes are excellent, I highly recommend it.
