We were for a walk in Trani and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The first thing that amazed me most was their friendliness and friendliness. We decided to have two fish tasting menus. Two other à la carte menus. I must say that from the appetizer to the first courses and then continuing with the second courses we enjoyed everything thanks to the fresh and good flavours. Oggi pranzo di capodanno 2025 presso il ristorante Il Monastero Risto Trani con accoglienza fantastica.. personale gentilissimo con professionalità... accessibilità per disabili ma soprattutto un pranzo con cibo di alta qualità con tante prelibatezze... Sono stata a pranzo in questo locale con un gruppo di viaggio in visita a Trani. Pur numerosi, il personale si è dimostrato veloce e molto cordiale. Il locale si trova affacciato sul mare, una location ideale. Un ringraziamento particolare al titolare, sig. Sergio, ed al suo staff di sala e di cucina.

An experience. Greeted by the super friendly owner who immediately seated us and brought us some fried food offered on the house to await the first orders. Even though we had ordered different first courses, we were offered the opportunity to have a taste of the other dishes too. Everything was fine including the bill, really honest considering we had eaten fish. Well done

Al Vecchio Forno

18/01/2025: Super, abundant and tasty seafood appetizers in a characteristic stone-vaulted setting. Very fresh raw material. Soft and tasty octopus, exceptional frying. The tasting of first courses at the same level as the raw one, both prepared to perfection (pasta with garlic and oil and risotto with squid ink).
11/01/2025: Enchanting place, harmonious place, kind staff attentive to customer needs. We were welcomed and served by Tommaso, a friendly, pleasant and very professional waiter. We ate divinely, the tasting menu was recommended to us, very abundant. Very fresh fish, all cooked in a sublime way. It was a true taste experience, a continuous pleasure for the palate.
