I've been to Il Fischio del Merlo and had a truly wonderful time. Fresh seafood, flavorful dishes, impeccably prepared and presented. A great added bonus is Bruno, the owner: always present, kind, and helpful, able to make you feel at ease right away. You can tell he puts passion and care into what he does. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and quality that never disappoints. A good value. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

We stopped by chance on the way home, and we and our dog were greeted with great kindness (they're animal lovers and immediately brought a bowl). The atmosphere is unique, and the food is delicious, if a little pricey. They did, however, offer us prosecco and a few appetizers, which was very welcome. Overall, a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

The food was superb and Bruno and his team went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The fire in the fireplace and the beautiful, cozy decor and good food was very enjoyable. We all had the Spaggetti Neri with prawns. Highly recommended.

We were greeted by a very kind gentleman at the entrance, who created an atmosphere of comfort and refinement: incredible design, soft lighting, calm, pleasant music created the perfect atmosphere. Special thanks to the chef! Each of the four dishes we ordered was a masterpiece. The tender fish fillet with perfectly cooked vegetables was particularly memorable, and the sauces were incredibly harmonious. The exquisite presentation of each dish only enhanced the experience. The dessert was simply incredible: the plombir ice cream with black salt and two other ingredients completely rewrote the dessert recipe in our minds. Simply incredible! There are no other words! Our waiter was attentive and perfectly recommended the best wine to pair with our dinner. The service was impeccable, and we felt welcome. The restaurant exceeded all our expectations.
