The restaurant is uniquely decorated with many antiques and a beautiful atmosphere. It's a small restaurant serving mainly seafood, using top-quality ingredients. The service was equally excellent.

A charming place, superb food, but what struck me most was the service. Bruno, the owner, pampered us from start to finish, and with his passion, he gave us a unique experience that's hard to replicate elsewhere. What can I say? I hope to return as soon as possible. Regards Salvatore

I've been to Il Fischio del Merlo and had a truly wonderful time. Fresh seafood, flavorful dishes, impeccably prepared and presented. A great added bonus is Bruno, the owner: always present, kind, and helpful, able to make you feel at ease right away. You can tell he puts passion and care into what he does. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and quality that never disappoints. A good value. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

We stopped by chance on the way home, and we and our dog were greeted with great kindness (they're animal lovers and immediately brought a bowl). The atmosphere is unique, and the food is delicious, if a little pricey. They did, however, offer us prosecco and a few appetizers, which was very welcome. Overall, a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

04/04/2026: Great establishment with truly friendly service. The menu has a very good selection, and the meat is taken directly from the counter. It's really very reasonably priced and tastes absolutely delicious. We had a steak and a tuna salad and were thoroughly impressed. Thank you for the pleasant experience! I would recommend making a reservation in advance.
14/03/2026: -Top cuts -Delicious side dishes -Excellent value for money (you can even get truffles; at other places we would have spent at least 20 euros more) -Very kind and knowledgeable staff I highly recommend

26/04/2026: We stayed at this property for 3 days...what can I say...everything was wonderful! Welcoming and family atmosphere...the owners are wonderful! Clean and comfortable rooms...the breakfast was homemade and plentiful. The breathtaking scenery topped it all off! We will definitely be back, and soon! We recommend it to everyone!! ❤️
06/04/2026: After a lovely trip to the city of Assi, we decided to have lunch just outside the center to enjoy the view and the tranquility. We couldn't have found a better place than this. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent, and having a 3-year-old, it couldn't have been better to find outdoor play equipment for him. Trampoline, swings, slide, slide. Everything was top-notch.
