I used to go there in the '90s, and I came back with my family.
The welcome is wonderful, the owner immediately puts you at ease. The dishes truly have a seafood flavor, and they have excellent recommendations. And a plus is that they welcome our four-legged friends.

Beautiful and elegant, as soon as you enter, you can sense that hospitality is a cornerstone of the place, as I like to call it, Giorgiopensiero, accompanies the customer through everything that I would not call a banal lunch or dinner, but a well-rounded culinary experience. A pet-friendly place, where even our pets have their own space, well-spaced tables, a warm and elegant atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the dishes are simply fantastic, following the seasonality and every time, it is always like the first.... A refined cuisine, never banal or boring, rich in flavor, where the raw materials, truly high quality, are prepared with excellent care, applause to the guys who love their work, and all this comes across on the plate!! The best risotto I have ever tasted.... Highly recommended along with the stuffed pasta, the lightest and tastiest fried food..... In short, Giorgiopensiero has convinced me!!! We had dinner on Saturday, February 28th. The place is warm and inviting. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The dinner is based on excellent quality fish with dishes cooked to perfection which demonstrate a passion for their craft. Nothing is left to chance. In my opinion, it is one of the best on the Riviera. The price reflects the quality. I won't go into further detail. I will be back. Congratulations.

Ate yesterday. 4 people. What struck me even before sitting down was the courtesy, even during the reservation process. Rare items. Excellent dishes, fast service, thanks Fabia. Everything prepared fresh. Tagliolini and octopus soup were excellent. The fried food was also excellent. Rice stew, perfect for mopping up the soup. The meal cost €50 per person. More than reasonable. The desserts were excellent. What more can I say? We'll definitely be back. Ristorante Giorgio is a must-try. It's not a makeshift restaurant, you can tell right away. Dishes have been tried and tested for two generations, and fresh fish splashes in their delicious "pennetaccie" (potatoes), available with egg pasta or top-quality risotto.
A thoughtful wine list completes the offerings, worthy of a connoisseur but also suitable for all budgets.
The young and well-trained staff is well-managed by the great Andrea, a master of hospitality.

We booked a table for nine for lunch on Saturday. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and generously portioned. Since we were in a hurry to finish lunch, and we had a very important commitment, we asked for the appetizers and main courses to be brought out quickly. They were very kind and punctual. We'll be back, but we'll be back sooner rather than later.
