We enjoyed the fish in all its nuances. Each dish with its own particularity. Very difficult to make for New Year's Eve dinner, but Filippo succeeded completely. Chapeau!

This past Saturday I organized dinner here to celebrate my 30th birthday and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations: everything, from the location to the food (including the birthday cake) to the service, was truly impeccable. A special thanks to Grazia who followed me in organizing the event in the previous weeks. I will definitely return on other occasions too!

In vista di un weekend in zona, cerco senza particolare speranza su Internet qualche ristorante. Mi imbatto in un articolo molto interessante, del tipo “ i dieci migliori locali della Versilia” e decido di prenotare da Filippo. Il ristorante si trova in fondo ad una delle vie pedonali centrali ed è quindi escluso dal passaggio, ha un dehor molto carino, l’arredo interno è (gusto personale) un po’ troppo “industrial” ma è in sintonia con il contesto. Scelto il menú “così è se vi pare”, abbiamo assaggiato piatti deliziosi (tutti). Ottimo servizio, certamente da provare. Menzione d’onore per il manzo.

Abbiamo scelto uno dei menu degustazione che nella sua varietà tra carne e pesce ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. Servizio preciso e puntuale, materie prime ottime, abbinamenti piacevoli. Prezzi in linea con tutta la zona, ma per un ristorante gourmet alla fine più che accettabili

Simplicity is not banality but research and study. To complicate it just add… The gastronomic proposal starts from the highest quality ingredients which are expertly enhanced and prepared by the chef with excellent results. Special praise also goes to the desserts, which are really good. Excellent welcome, impeccable service with assistance in choosing dishes and wines. Very professional staff. We were satisfied and made a good impression on our guest.

01/12/2024: We have been several times for dinner, quality and price are more than fair, fresh fish with a wide choice. Clean and elegant environment. Applause goes to all the staff but Francesco is at the top for professionalism and friendliness! If you are in the area it is 💯% worth it
