We were satisfied, the fish was really excellent. Very nice place, small for just a few seats. Impeccable service and youthful staff. We will definitely return.

Every time I go there I am never disappointed. The quality of the dishes is very high. The relationship between quality and price is really interesting. I would add that the staff is very kind and professional. I recommend the pepper and lemon mussels and the seared tuna. However, the pan and the first courses are also very good.

Lo abbiamo trovato per caso passeggiando per Pistoia prima di assitere al concerto del Pistoia Blues Festival. Gestito da due sorelle (supponiamo, si somigliano) gentili e sollecite per i nostri tempi stretti. Cozze alla francese (digionese) assolutamente strepitose. Di gran livello anche i gamberetti e i calamari. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualita’

La Cozzeria Pluma è un bel posto, curato e ben tenuto, dove si mangia ad un discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo. La scelta sulle cozze è sorprendente e lo staff, oltre ad essere estremamente gentile, è anche molto attento e preparato.
