Always a confirmation over the years. Starting with the staff, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always polite. The kitchen always offers well-considered dishes, made of excellent products, expertly brought to the table. The menu is changed from time to time, with some evergreens and offers both seafood and land dishes, from good Ferrara tradition. The flagship of the restaurant, however, is the atmosphere, placid and elegant, almost elegant that you can breathe there. Honest prices, also considering the excellent service.

Impeccable lunch from That Fantastic Thursday. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, elegant and welcoming. The staff is extremely professional, kind and always attentive to satisfying every need. I tasted a very fresh raw fish, prepared to perfection: simply delicious. An experience that I highly recommend.

We had lunch with the family taking advantage of our visit to Ferrara. As usual, for the choice of restaurants we rely on the Michelin guide, but this time with this restaurant I don't think it has reached the standard of a restaurant in the Michelin guide that we usually find in the places we go. The girl who caught and served us is really good and kind, while the same is not true for the older lady who I assume is either the owner or in any case in charge of the room. In fact, apart from the joke about having ordered a few dishes (unfortunately my mother has undergone stomach surgery so she can't eat too much and for this reason, even though there were 4 of us, we ordered for 3, but in any case I'm a paying customer so the reason for my choices shouldn't matter), at a certain point during the change of tables of two couples I noticed with regret that to bring the dishes he placed everything on the sofa at the entrance to the restaurant, where people constantly pass by and you can also sit there, so not much hygienic considering that the diners will then carry those cutlery into their mouths. Furthermore, one of these couples was told to bring their jacket into the closet, which we are not here either, firstly because it is a service that you as manager of the place should do and secondly because on the other hand in that closet there are everyone's overcoats, and it is not certain that the lady who was given authorization to wander around inside the closet was an honest person or could rummage through other people's jackets and bags. Moving on to the food, if they focused more on tradition they could even get to the Michelin star, everything we ordered, including desserts, traditional was really excellent, while the passatelli asciutti were really bland and above all they had exceeded the cooking time by a long time, while the passatello must maintain a certain consistency otherwise the yield of such a simple and peasant dish but also delicious at the same time would be ruined. Another point to bring to attention is the selection of focaccias and breads to be consumed while waiting or together with the dishes, usually in restaurants a much more refined selection is offered and above all the breads and gnocchi are not so reheated but always have the consistency and flavor of freshly baked bread or in any case made that same morning. For the choice of wines, well, what can I say, isn't there a sommelier in the room? Because the girl, as cute as she was, wasn't able to tell us exactly what to pair with the dishes, but I don't think it was her fault, someone should take care of the drinking part and accompany the customer in learning about the wine he's pairing with the dish. In short, after various experiences in Michelin guide restaurants I wonder why this place appears, it is truly excellent as a tavern but not enough to deserve the attention of such a selection.

When you go to a restaurant like Quel Fantastico Thursday, writing a review is difficult: you can write a lot, but it can all be summarized in the word "perfection". The environment is informal, the service nothing short of impeccable. It was a dinner for a couple and we opted for the tasting menu at €58 each (for a minimum of two people): the menu is perfectly designed; a gastronomic journey from first to last course. The amuse-bouche and baked goods were no exception. The cellar offers an adequate choice and the very kind sommelier in the room is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent advice in case of indecision. The bill is in line with the quality of the food and the service, the mark-up on the bottles is honest. We will return as soon as possible to what can, without any ostentation, be defined as one of the best restaurants in Ferrara and the surrounding area.

Il nostro ristorante preferito per la famiglia e per gli eventi importati e di lavoro . Non si sbaglia mai . Locale di classe , cucina raffinata e personale attento e preparato . Mara e Franca perfette . Cosa dire …Buin Natale e alla prossima

Raramente metto il massimo dei voti. Lo faccio quando una cucina accoglie la mia allergia ad aglio e cipolla senza essere stata avvertita (colpa mia) in maniera brillante. La tagliata di cervo che mi viene servita è tra le tre volte in cui ho avuto più soddisfazione nella mia “carriere” da cliente. Prego controllare il numero di recensioni. I tipi di pane serviti appena ci sediamo sono eccezionali. I miei commensali prendono pesce, cappellacci, uova al tartufo, salmone e si dicono stupefatti. Il dolce è un delirio. Torta di mele con gelato alla crema coperta da una cialda croccante. Tutti i piatti hanno le ceramiche calde mantenendo quindi il cibo in temperatura per tutto il pasto. Servizio professionale ed estremamente paziente.
