We have had a very lovely week here at Principe delle Nevi. Located straight at the piste of the great Cervinia/Zelmat ski domain. Pleasant young team did its best to give us a nice week. Try restaurant Bontadini on the piste Han Knooren

Amazing place with amazing views. Principe delle Nevi is a true ski-in/ski-out hotel located directly on a red slope, offering unbeatable slope access and stunning mountain views. The design is modern and stylish while maintaining a warm, chic atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. Special thanks to Benjamin, Kareem, and Mustafa for their outstanding support with transportation, ski rentals, and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cervinia.

08/03/2026: We just went for lunch, and it was packed since it was Sunday lunchtime. It's true that we had a bit of a wait, but the place was understandable given the fact that it was packed. Good food, from the burgers to the ribs and the breaded cutlet. The waitress (Martina) was super kind and professional. I recommend the place. ❤️

Wood Restaurant

09/02/2026: Great fine dining in Cervinia. They have a great selection of wines, very nice vermouths. Meals are classical but with some interesting twists.
01/02/2026: As regulars at Michelin-starred restaurants, we always take the time to savor the refined local cuisine. Jose is exceptional here; the Italian cuisine has a Nordic influence. The appetizers are of good quality, though somewhat inconsistent. The main courses are also of varying quality, in my opinion. My favorite was the smoked reindeer steak, simply excellent. The gnocchi were also very tasty. We didn't have dessert this time but were treated to the final appetizers, which were truly excellent. In the end, the bill is consistent with the fact that this is an exceptional mountain restaurant. My deduction of a star is due to the fact that the quality of the dishes and appetizers wasn't necessarily Michelin-level.
