Very well located restaurant, exceptional cuisine. If you are passing through or in Avola absolutely have lunch or dinner in this place you will not regret and you will even come back.

I found this place by chance looking for it online and the reviews gave me hope. They assigned me a beautiful table overlooking the sea, we were immediately welcomed and the orders were quick, we didn't have to wait who knows how long between one dish and another. The price of the dinner was reasonable and in line with what we ate. 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience here! The bruschetta and pizza were absolutely delicious, and the risotto was perfect. The tiramisu was outstanding as well. The staff was nice, and the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Great value for the price—we will definitely come back!

An excellent restaurant with a truly refined environment. The background music was much appreciated. Good raw starter but for 22 euros maybe something more could have been included. The first courses and desserts are really good. Prices above average.

We had dinner at PortoMatto two evenings during our stay in Avola. You don't just eat somewhere twice...it was very good! Both the pizzas and the fresh fish and caponata! Definitely don't skip desserts. Recommended! Lina, very friendly lady who helps a lot in the service! Good service makes everything better. Thank you!

27/08/2024: Conosciuto una delle ultime sere su consiglio della struttura che ci ospitava, è stata una magnifica scoperta, un peccato averlo conosciuto in fine al nostro soggiorno. qualità e prezzo davvero da 5 stelle, MOLTO meglio di altre realtà più "conosciute"

14/07/2024: In occasione della vacanza in Sicilia abbiamo mangiato in questo locale nella splendida cornice di Siracusa. Parliamo di una trattoria dove lo chef e titolare del locale realizza delle portate tradizionali eseguite splendidamente. La ricerca delle materie prime e molto curata e particolarmente sentita perché richiama l'etica del titolare ed è il fondamento dei piatti del ristorante. Il prezzo estremamente competitivo in relazione alla qualità e alla ricerca che abbiamo trovato nelle nostre pietanze La cucina è tipica e prevalentemente a base di pesce. Ancora complimenti, grazie per la bella esperienza.
