Se amate le ostriche e i frutti di mare, Ostriche e Vino è una tappa obbligata. Questo bistrot francese trasporta i suoi ospiti direttamente nei tradizionali bar à huîtres della Normandia, grazie a un’atmosfera calda e accogliente e a una selezione impeccabile di coquillage. Il menu è un vero paradiso per gli amanti del mare: gamberi rossi, scampi freschissimi, cozze preparate in modi creativi e tartare raffinate di tonno, salmone e branzino. Per chi preferisce il fritto, la fritturina mista è croccante e leggera, mentre i gourmet troveranno irresistibile il foie gras e un’ottima selezione di formaggi francesi. E per chiudere in bellezza, i dolci sono semplicemente perfetti, il degno finale di un’esperienza gastronomica che conquista al primo assaggio. Il tutto accompagnato da una carta dei vini ben curata, con etichette perfette per esaltare i sapori del mare. Un posto dove tornare e ritornare.

Perhaps my favorite restaurant, certainly and without a shadow of a doubt the best restaurant in Milan for lovers of oysters and more generally of raw fish. Only those who can count on a twenty-year history of full tables can guarantee, like them, the quality and freshness of sea products. Excellent cellar. Friendly staff, which in my opinion is a rare gift. Professional service. Warm and private environment. For years now I have been the custodian of unique moments spent in the company of my wife.

Sono veramente stupita della valutazione solo a 4, io darei 6 se fosse possibile! Noi prendiamo sempre il tipo di cibo più difficile: solo crudo, ostriche, gamberi rossi. Siamo venuti qui decine di volte: mai una volta che le ostriche non fossero freschissime. Persino il pane o le salviettine per le mani sono di qualità eccelsa. E il personale è gentilissimo, attento e non invadente. Ambiente accogliente, musica di sottofondo perfetta

I now passed this place after two years (I'm from Turin) and I felt the duty to review it having not done so at the time. Two years ago I ate the best raw seafood of my life, we still talk about it today with the friend who was my dinner companion. The place hasn't changed as far as I can see and I hope it continues like this. Owner who guides you and accompanies you masterfully even in the choice of wine. Interesting raw products (not the usual plateaus seen and reviewed) and at correct prices. Long live places like this, quality always pays
