21/02/2025: My experience at Piccolo Restaurant was truly satisfying. The first thing that caught my attention was its charming atmosphere and beautiful décor. The uniquely designed walls, soft and harmonious lighting, and well-crafted tables and chairs with warm colors all combined to create an exceptional sense of coziness and relaxation. The bar area also had a stylish design, which added to the restaurant’s overall appeal. The staff’s behavior was completely professional and polite. The waiters served the guests with smiles and a calm demeanor, without any unnecessary noise or irrelevant conversations among the staff. They paid full attention to my needs, which gave me a pleasant feeling of respect and care as a customer. The menu was simple and clearly laid out, with descriptions that made choosing a dish easy. The variety of dishes was also appropriate. I ordered ravioli, which was outstanding in terms of both taste and quality. Although the portion seemed a bit small (only four pieces of ravioli), it was so delicious that I ended up ordering another dish. The price-to-quality ratio was reasonable, and considering the high quality of the ingredients and presentation, it was definitely worth it. The environment was perfect for chatting or relaxing; the soft music, good lighting, and overall peaceful ambiance enhanced the feeling of calm.
