Exceptional experience, I have already been a couple of times but for Valentine's evening the respect towards the diners was fantastic they made us spend a wonderful evening pampered in a fantastic atmosphere accompanied by unique dishes that left us speechless every bite. If you don't just want to eat but have a real experience, this is the restaurant for you. Intimate and welcoming place in the center of Perugia, decorated in a very elegant way for the Christmas holidays, it invites you to enter with its glittering tree. Once seated you will be immersed in a vortex of sensations and ancient and genuine flavors revisited in an excellent way by a chef who fully deserves Michelin stars. Starters, first course, second course and finally the desserts...it's worth trying everything and I'm sure that at the end of the dinner you won't be able to wait to return as soon as possible to try those flavors you just tasted again. Well done chef, keep it up!

Posto molto bello e cibo buono, l'esperienza del percorso degustazione è stata molto piacevole e particolare (in senso buono), il cibo era preparato con attenzione e servito con eleganza, aggiungo anche che ero onestamente sazio a fine pasto (non è scontato in questo genere di cene). Unica nota, se bisogna usare le uova tracciate con codice stampato (immagino sia una questione di HACCP) che esteticamente rovinano il piatto quando usate come "contenitore" (tipo uovo alla coque) almeno usate uova di qualità alta (0IT) e non le 2IT che sono infondo alle categorie qualitative... Escluso questo dettaglio tornerei volentieri, è stata una bella esperienza in un posto molto bello.

Location curata in una delle piccole vie di Perugia. Il menù è molto particolare dato che non c'è "carta", ma 3 menù degustazione. Uno "normale", uno vegetariano e uno... a sorpresa. Ho optato per il menù con i piatti a sorpresa e devo dire di non essermene pentito. Le portate sono 5 più un dessert e le ho gradite tutte. Data la stagione, molte portate erano a base di zucca. Insomma, ho mangiato benissimo e il prezzo non è eccessivo per la qualità offerta.

Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente. In pieno centro storico. La formula dei menu degustazione diversificati nello stesso tavolo ma uguali per tutta la sala porta a dei tempi infiniti. Lo chef è molto bravo ed è supportato egregiamente in sala dall'unica sua spalla. Il problema è che in due non fanno miracoli e i tempi si dilatano a dismisura. Peccato perchè con una organizzazione migliore il ristorante sarebbe sicuramente da consigliare.
