Beautiful and elegant location, you can dine outside (in the summer) surrounded by the greenery of an enchanting garden. The dishes met our expectations and we will definitely be back. The service is impeccable and everyone is very professional, the girls are very sweet. Thank you for everything.

Difficile fare una recensione per questo ristorante: tutto perfetto! Comincerei dall’ambiente: bellissimo posto, all’interno dell’albergo Castello San Marco. Posto bellissimo e tranquillo. L’atmosfera è qualche cosa di speciale, tranquilla e rilassata. Il personale è sempre stato attento, molto cortese e accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Alle nostre domande, soprattutto sui vini la sommelier ha sempre riposto con cortesia e molta competenza. L’entusiasmo per il proprio lavoro era palpabile. Infine il cibo. Abbiamo preso tartare di manzo e nuvola di uova su fonduta di formaggio, mentre come secondo filetto di manzo e dentice in crosta di nero di seppia (forse sono un po’ impreciso nella denominazione). Era tutto veramente sublime! Ad accompagnarci, un rosé veramente fine e delicato. Non posso che fare i complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff per la qualità del servizio offerto!

Located inside the enchanting Castello di San Marco, Giardino di Pietra restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and exquisitely crafted dishes, both in taste and presentation. The baccalà with mint ice cream; Shrimp tartare and the red snapper crusted with cuttlefish ink, served in a clam and saffron reduction, deliver a refined and intriguing balance of flavors. The highlight of the evening was the Pluma pork, accompanied by a garnish of sea urchin and other delicate elements an absolute must try delicacy. To finish, a Sicilian herbal liqueur served with star anise and rose petals provided a truly unforgettable ending. Definitely, I will back!
