Siamo stati a pranzo, una domenica. Malgrado il locale fosse pieno, i tempi sono stati giusti. Il locale si trova proprio nel bel centro storico di Pietrasanta (ma comunque il parcheggio pubblico è sufficientemente vicino e quindi è comodo anche per chi, come noi, arriva da fuori) e questo consente di godersi anche una bella passeggiata, prima o dopo il pranzo (o la cena). I camerieri in sala sono gentilissimi. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci sono piaciuti molto (anche se le porzioni non sono “per mangioni”). La presentazione è curata e gli ingredienti sono buoni. Buoni e ben presentati anche i dolci che abbiamo ordinato. Prezzi medio-alti (secondo il mio personale giudizio).

Very nice and welcoming restaurant, the owner Raffaele is always attentive and takes care of all the tables with love, the very trained and professional waiters make you feel at ease. What can I say about cooking, you have to try one dish that is better than the other.

Everything very well done, the courses, the quantities, the selection, the service, everything. Mini shortage on the choice of wine by the glass, a little small. Warning: it's not cheap.

In pleasant Pistrasanta, in the street parallel to the main one, in the centre, there is this outdoor restaurant which has two nearby locations. Very nice and well-kept environment. Impeccable service. Very good first courses. The starters disappointed us a bit. The 3 of us had 2 appetizers, 3 first courses, 2 glasses of wine, 2 bottles of water. 121 euros.

Good but could be improved. Nice place with quick service (we arrived early). I started with a truly top appetizer which gave me hope for the rest. The second course, a fish in crust, was still good, but unfortunately the vegetable side dish was burnt and I left it all. Really a shame, because the dessert taken to finish was also good. But attention to detail sometimes does not allow the desired results to be achieved. Fairly high bill and not abundant portions.

We went to this place on a Saturday evening: a welcome and kindness that has been lacking in many other places lately. Attentive, fast service and the waiters are very available to offer explanations and even advice on the courses. Superlative cuisine, tasty, refined and never banal. We had the tasting, two first courses, namely risotto and seafood tagliolini (amazing), the swordfish with vegetables and its breading (exceptional and very soft) and finally two very very good and not too heavy desserts (chocolate cake and basket of chantilly cream and berries). The bill was more than fair and I would have paid even more for the beautiful evening and the quality offered. Compliments!!!!! We'll be back. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I was there with my wife for Christmas lunch... good quality of the dishes served... but it was unpleasant to have tried to profit with little clarity on the promotions offered.

Bravo il cuoco ed il personale di sala, in un ambiente gradevole... peccato per la poca chiarezza sulle promozioni proposte si the fork che in particolari occasioni ( pranzo di Natale...) andrebbero sospese per non trasformarle in "specchietti per le allodole "

Appetizers were good, risotto in my opinion too peculiar. Had a pleasure dinner but nothing special. Fine to go out with friends. In winter time the tables are too closed to each other.

Bar Trattoria da Marina

17/02/2025: On Sunday my sister and I decided to treat ourselves to lunch at the Bar Trattoria Marina. As soon as we entered, the stone room immediately won us over: welcoming, authentic, the kind of place that makes you feel at home even before you sit down. The service was fast and warm, but the real show came with the food. Here you feel that the kitchen is in the hands of those who know secrets and handed down recipes, like a silent guardian of the flavors of the past. It's not just about preparing dishes, but about telling a story through every bite. We tasted the tortelli with ragù, perfect in their simplicity, and the porchettato rabbit, a revelation: I had never tried such tasty and well-cooked meat before. To conclude, a ricotta and chocolate cake that still makes my mouth water just thinking about it. What made everything even more special was the kindness of the lady who welcomed us - I suppose Marina herself - who, in addition to serving us with a smile, also gave us valuable directions for the routes around the lake. This is not just a restaurant, it is a little gem of the place. The type of place that not only nourishes, but leaves you with the memory of an experience. We will definitely be back.
16/02/2025: Speechless. Quality, quantity, the menu is delicious and consistent - I just wish I didn’t inhale the food…
