The best restaurant for traditional cuisine in Vigevano. Very good sausages and goose first courses, the venison amazing. Good choice of local wines. Very kind and prepared staff. Adequate prices

Excellent, tasty food with excellent products, I had never eaten goose and I was pleasantly surprised, everything was good from the cured meats to the first courses, I will return to try the meat. Advised.

Fine cuisine, well-chosen raw materials, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Place worth trying but given the limited choice of dishes difficult to try again. Deserving dishes but they lack that inspiration to be memorable. In the end, between small courses, good but not surprising food and an ordinary price, it is a place where you leave happy but not enthusiastic. It's a shame to give 4 stars, but there aren't 4 and a half stars.

Locale situato nei pressi dell'ingresso del castello di Vigevano, nello stile ricorda un po' le trattorie di una volta. Piatti ben eseguiti come le tagliatelle al ragout d'oca, la quaglia e la coscia d'oca al forno croccante con patate, eccellenti gli affettati ed il paté d'oca. Prezzo in linea con la qualità. Consigliato.

27/12/2024: We went to this place for a pre-Christmas dinner. The place is cute but small and the heat you feel inside the place is infernal. . The place is not large and we who were sitting at the tables in the mezzanine suffered from considerable heat, also thanks to the spotlights shining above our heads. The food is of good quality but the portions, at least mine, are really small. The second course seemed more like a taste than a portion. Discreet....
27/12/2024: The premises, which have a history, have been renovated with great care and taste. Accurate service and above all a large and high quality menu. Excellent quality-price ratio. It doesn't disappoint. Advise...
