Personally, I found the welcome and service to be subpar; the atmosphere didn't convey any warmth.
The ravioli filled with braised goose were nothing extraordinary, but the butter and hazelnut sauce certainly didn't enhance them.
The veal with tuna sauce, fried chicken, and hazelnut cake with zabaglione were all delicious; the zabaglione dollops were really small.

A very nice location in the historic center of Vigevano, excellent food, but a flaw in my opinion is the slow service; we waited a bit too long between dishes. Overall, highly recommended.

Very nice and high-quality place, the food is local!! The tagliatelle with goose mince is very good, and the dishes on the menu are truly interesting. Prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with the quality of the products and the dishes presented. At the end of the meal, along with coffee, there are delicious biscuits!!! Maximum customer service. These days, you can even find truffles!!! Recommended!!!

We've known L'oca ciuca and Fulvia, the restaurant's master chef, for a while now, but unfortunately we hadn't had the chance to try it yet.
We went for lunch on Sunday, and everything exceeded our expectations!
Exceptional tartare, incredibly tender and flavorful veal with tuna sauce, authentic and delicious tagliatelle with white ragù, and their version of fish and chips is a must-try: fried, dry, crispy, and perfectly flavorful.
But beyond that, I'd like to highlight something truly noteworthy.
When we booked, we mentioned our toddler and asked if we could have a simple pasta dish.
Once we arrived, we discovered that the kitchen, not having tomato pasta on the menu, had in the meantime prepared a delicious express tomato sauce. Just like the flavor of a dish your grandmother prepares with so much love (and that love and passion are evident in every dish they make).
In addition to the undisputed quality of the cuisine, I'd like to highlight the great attention and care given to the customer, an increasingly rare occurrence these days.
A perfect and enjoyable lunch for everyone, including our little boy, who ate like a wolf cub (even the biscuits at the end!).
In the Vigevano gastronomic panorama, unfortunately, increasingly lacking in interesting offerings, the oca ciuca (goose ciuca) confirms itself as a jewel in the crown, firmly rooted in tradition and capable of reinventing itself. Always with a smile and a cuddle. Don't miss it!

Ottima esperienza culinaria vigevanese. Antipasto e secondo a base di oca: buonissimi! Per vino ho scelto un Pinot nero della zona che con l’oca si è sposato a meraviglia. Locale pulito, ben rinfrescato. Titolari gentili e servizio attento. Un esperienza da ripetere!
