The atmosphere is small but very well-kept and charming.
The staff is friendly and helpful, albeit a bit cold and distant towards the customers.
I had an excellent purple cabbage flan and a wonderful chitarra pasta dish with fava beans and cardoncello mushrooms. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the carbonada, which was overly spicy, completely obscuring the flavor of the meat, as was the gnocchi ragù. The plating was beautiful. The price was a bit above average for the quality of the food we tasted that evening.

A pleasant surprise: quality food, pleasant location,
very friendly and attentive service.
The meat was superb, and the dishes were also delicious and original.

We had one of the best steaks of our lives!
We asked for a recommendation, and got a steak on the bone to share. The side dishes were also too good to pass up, and the wine… wow!
Everything was PERFECT!! The atmosphere, the service (thank you Niki!), and the food…
Unfortunately, we were unaware that gratuity can only be given in cash, but we were so enamoured with the place and the people, we went back the next day to ensure the team got what they deserved.
Don’t hesitate - make a reservation!!! You will not regret it.

Very upscale restaurant that dedicated to serving meat. They have one of the best French onion soup that I ever had. Also their deserts are second to none. However, I wasn't impressed with their steaks, not that they were bad, I just had a higher expectations from such place. To my taste the meat was a bit chewy. Other than that, this is a great place. Reservation is recommend.

Amazing meat restaurant in the heart of Courmayeur with a great atmosphere.
We arrived late for our reservation, and the team called and kindly accommodated us so we could still enjoy the experience.
Everything was excellent...the pork chops were the best I’ve ever had. 👌
