The food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and Pasquale (the host) is the best restaurateur you'll ever meet. Finding him back in his restaurant after so many years at Tanka Village, preparing his legendary sorbets and crepes Suzette and entertaining his customers was like stepping back in time. Congratulations! 👏

This is delicious. The grilled shrimp were cut so well that even a child could handle it. Delicious! The oysters were fresh and tender! The tuna tataki was absolutely delicious! The flambéed pancakes—the child loved them! The ravioli with local cheese and honey for dessert was beyond all praise!

Great restaurant. We love the pizza there, especially the kids' Simpson pizza with fries and sausage. For dessert, the chef personally conjures up a wonderful lemon sorbet at your table. This is our third time here.

We had dinner at this restaurant, recommended by our host in Villasimius. The food was excellent, absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was slightly self-referential and old-fashioned, with both A-list and B-list diners.

We had a fantastic evening at Le Pavoncelle. The entire team provided impeccable, courteous, and very attentive service. It was wonderful to see some of the dishes being prepared tableside. The food was beyond exquisite. The oven-baked Pecorino with marmalade appetizer was a real surprise, as were the ravioli filled with cheese and honey in a crispy crust! The tuna and orata were delicious. Although not on the menu, they made a separate affogato for dessert. The whole atmosphere, surrounded by mostly Italian locals, gave us a real taste of Italy. It's a shame we live 1,700 km from Le Pavoncelle, otherwise we would definitely come here more often! We definitely recommend a visit.

We went to this restaurant two nights in a row because we really enjoyed it. The first night, we started with an appetizer: grilled pecorino cheese with jam, delicious. Then there was fregola and seafood carbonara, and finally seadas, all truly delicious and flavorful. The second night, we had sea bass with potatoes, spaghetti with clams, and a berry cheesecake, also delicious. The owner is also very friendly and the staff is really kind. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

13/03/2026: I used the restaurant, but perhaps on the wrong day. The bill was very high compared to the menu. The food was average.

Monica welcomed us like old friends, her smile and professionalism have become rare qualities... well done, and thank you 🙏❣! The quality of the food on our plates, served by a sweet angel named Claudia, was top-notch... everything strictly local... "10 out of 10"! Entering the courtyard and the restaurant is a feast for the eyes. Wherever you look, it's like walking through a museum. In fact, to be honest, it's truly a museum created with so much love and devotion by a family that cares deeply about the historical preservation of this ancestral land! Two magnificent cats will welcome you 🐈😍! We will definitely come back to you, great team, well done girls, keep it up 💪🏻👏🏻👍🏻🤩!

21/12/2025: We were there for 4 days trip and I gotta admit that this hotel lies in the very heart of a "paradise" :D. Stunning to look at. Roughly 40 mins from Cagliari by bus. Crystal clear water, clean beach which is literally 5 min. max away from the hotel. Dining perfect. Staff fluent in english/spanish/french/german. No problems, everything was just perfect. Also I would recommend oneday trip to Cagliari for a guided tour - staff at the reception can take care of everything - just ask :). People throughout the Sardinia are friendly and polite. This trip ll remaine vividly in my mind for the rest of my life. You can borrow whole host of things for the "sea activity" or rent a bike and admire the splendor of Sardinia on your own route.
