Pizzeria La Gare In Nogara

We've been going to this pizzeria almost every week now, and what can I say? We're always satisfied. That's precisely why we decided to leave this review. The pizzas are truly excellent. Ever since the young pizza chefs took over the business with their parents, the dough has always been excellent and seems to improve. I don't know how they do it, but each time they manage to surprise us even more. There's no point in explaining it in words... you have to try them! Furthermore, the variety is a great strength; they offer 4 or 5 types of dough, and they take into account things I haven't seen in other pizzerias. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients, which is clearly evident in every pizza, and the work that goes into offering all types of dough. The cooking is truly perfect. On Saturdays, the wait can be up to 30-40 minutes, but that's absolutely normal on weekends and during peak hours, in any place. My compliments, keep up the good work. Delicious pizza, with a choice of dough and crust (medium and soft or thin and crispy), and quality ingredients. Family-run, they're very friendly and happy to explain their pizzas.

We ate here tonight for the first time since the change of management. The pasta was fantastic, the best in the area. You can tell the ingredients are of high quality. The price was right for the quality of the food. The staff were very welcoming. We would see each other again soon.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, passing through, but it was a truly pleasant dinner stop. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, the pizzas were large and delicious, with just the right amount of toppings. The prices were fair, and the atmosphere was pleasant and, above all, spotlessly clean. Well done!!

I went with friends and we were very impressed. The pizza was really delicious, one of the best I've ever had, their dough is truly fantastic, we would gladly return and I recommend everyone to try this pizzeria.
