The 7 course fix menu was very disappointing. It is definitely not Michelin one star level. A huge dog was brought to the restaurant by one of the guest, which is very rare in the Michelin restaurant

The surroundings set a tone of refined relaxation, offering an immersive connection to the garden and alpine scenery. From the start, the experience feels special. The amuse-bouches, presented with modern ceramics, engage both sight and taste—each bite is artfully composed and bursts with fresh, local flavors. Dishes reveal meticulous attention to detail: vibrant tomatoes, edible flowers, and perfect quenelles reflect Kitchen’s commitment to seasonality and biodynamic produce. It was reasonably priced for lunch and managed to get a last minute table without reservations.
