Il Timo Gourmet Restaurant at Sheraton Catania In Aci castello

This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.

Last night, February 14th, we had dinner at this Valentine's Day-themed restaurant. The dinner was truly excellent, kudos to the staff. Everything was exceptional, with unique dishes: from the nuggets served in avocado sauce to the truffle and stracchino ravioli for the first course, and the braised veal cheek on purple potatoes for the second course—a true delight. I highly recommend this restaurant. The table service was also impeccable, of course.
