We found a gem in Monopoli, highly recommended.
The delicious dishes are prepared with love, and you can taste it.
The flavors were all delicious.
The homemade limoncello at the end of our two-course meal completed the meal. 🍋
Not to mention the incredibly friendly service from the hostess. ☺️
Anyone who wants to discover Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere in Monopoli should definitely visit Il Punto Cardinale.
It's best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What a gem this is! A charming and intimate local family restaurant. The food is delicious and authentic, and the personal service is the icing on the cake. Such lovely people and very high-quality food. The price-quality ratio is also excellent! Definitely recommended!

What a wonderful restaurant. One of the best I've been to in Italy! This is the place you want to be. We were here every day when we were in Monopoli. Small, intimate, and very cozy. The food is excellent. Meat, fish, pasta. Local wine. Ah, everything is so delicious. Top service. Antonella is very friendly and always smiling. She makes this place special. You have to come here. The ultimate definition of slow food, where every meal is unique.

Very freindly and attentive service, the staff really made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, nicely decorated but not overly fancy. Great place to enjoy your meal. We had meatballs, figs capocollo, eggplant and orecchiete with octopus.

This place is simply perfect. The food is absolutely amazing – every dish feels like it’s made with love. The service is not only excellent, but also warm and personal, which makes you feel instantly at home. Ottima osteria in centro a monopoli. Il menù ha una scelta limitata ma molto ben curata. Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. Il personale gentile e super disponibile.
L'unica pecca è la location: abbiamo chiesto di mangiare fuori solo che era troppo caotico e vicino a una strada molto trafficata.
