We had lunch at Hosteria Uva Rara during our trip to Italy earlier this year. What a treat! A Michelin-star rated restaurant, and it was obvious why that distinction has ben bestowed on the restaurant. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Cured meats, to fried battered vegetables, to Casoncello, to Tagliata, with sliced beef steak as a main course and fresh fruit pie for dessert. Our chef-created special menu was superb. Red and white wines accompanied the meal and paired perfectly with the courses. Service was impeccable. A gorgeous restaurant, and a fabulous meal. Highly recommend.

A chic rustic house, a piano, a lit fireplace, and another elegant and more intimate room. refined cuisine, right portions, delicious dishes, from trout carpaccio, to pigeon, pink ravioli, calamarata, exquisite bread, and many other courses. Pavlova, my favorite dessert that is not found around, creme brulé lavender and mimosa. Impeccable service. Top.

Excellent atmosphere, like a romantic dinner, super friendly and always attentive staff. we tried the land menu, what can I say, everything was really excellent and fresh... right courses... the snails were a very welcome surprise... excellent choice of wines.... and finally the desserts are the best, the creams lavender brule envelops you with its scent... the tiramisu cream was very light....

Despite being from Monticelli Brusati, I have never had the pleasure of eating in this beautiful restaurant. However, the episode of "Quattro Ristoranti" by Alessandro Borghese highlighted something that, for me, goes beyond the level of the restaurant. That is, the honesty, loyalty and spontaneity of the owner. Based on how you behaved and the things you said, I would go to you regardless of the level of the restaurant. Cena di lavoro con menù fisso, locale carino ed accogliente, abbiamo cenato nel patio esterno ma sono molto belli anche gli esterni. Servizio attento e preciso., i piatti tutti molto buoni, unico neo i casoncelli sono arrivati un po’ freddi. Spero si tornare presto per assaggiare il risotto al Franciacorta.

Location tranquilla e molto "charme ", abbiamo cenato fuori e nonostante la cappa di afa che si respirava in città siamo stati benissimo coccolati da una gradevole brezza.La cucina è eccezionale come antipasto abbiamo preso la lingua e il polpo alla galiziana semplicemente strepitoso.Ottimi in primi in particolare gli spaghetti al beurre al Franciacorta con tartare di gambero e tartufo nero così come i casoncelli (totalmente diversi dai cugini bergamaschi) peccato siano finiti subito.Anche i dolci non hanno deluso e tutto accompagnato da ottime bollicine locali.Prezzo onesto in rapporto alla location e alla qualità dei piatti
