A true hidden gem in Monticelli Brusati, where every detail is taken care of with love and professionalism. The menu is simply excellent: interesting proposals, top-quality ingredients and a presentation that is a pleasure for the eyes. The flavors? Unique, balanced and never banal. You can feel the passion in every dish. The welcome was warm and impeccable, with attentive, prepared and always smiling staff. A culinary experience that leaves its mark — we will definitely be back! 👏🍷✨

I had lunch at Hosteria Uva Rara with my boyfriend through a smartbox gift box. Very friendly staff and very refined environment. The room with the fireplace is beautiful, made even more suggestive thanks to the relaxing music in the background. The dishes are unique in their flavor and very well plated. I recommend it!

Per il nostro (ennesimo) week end in franciacorta abbiamo deciso di provare Uva Rara in versione “business lunch”. Qualità ottima, piatti curati, locale molto bello. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! siamo passati di venerdì e alcune scelte erano finite (ma sostituite bene). Ottima scelta di vini con attenzione alle cantine locali. Dolci buoni anche se non all’altezza dei piatti principali. Da tornare. Punto forte: la location veramente bella Da migliorare: servizio non impeccabile per un Michelin (es. formaggio lasciato sul tavolo, vino non versato…) ma posso capire che al pomeriggio magari non sia al 100%

Veramente pregevole. Una antica cascina, ristrutturata alla perfezione. Si pranza in un dehor nella corte, con alberi e fiori ed anche musica dal vivo con un interprete folk anni ’60. Cucina di livello. I prezzi un po’ altini ma meritati, anche perché d’obbligo accompagnare con un buon Franciacorta.

11/06/2025: Luigi and his staff are always at the top, welcoming, kind and very good. Both the pizza and the cuisine are excellent, like feeling in Naples close to home!
08/06/2025: We were there for my nephew's confirmation... excellent food, large portions and very friendly staff... we will definitely be back to try both the pizzas and the fish...

13/07/2025: A very beautiful place, one part on a veranda overlooking the garden and one inside. Personally, you don't eat at these places, but you have a culinary experience. They recommended a wine tasting with lunch before booking. We chose the "dive into the lake" menu, with various courses from appetizers to main courses. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the sommelier, who made our experience even more enjoyable by explaining each dish and wine. Everything was perfect, thanks to the staff, and congratulations again. I highly recommend it.
13/07/2025: We took the vegetarian 5-course option. The first two courses were really good, then came a pasta dish and an eggplant dish which unfortunately were not good, they need to be developed further. The dessert was 5+
