La Montanarina Bistrò In Bologna

A thoroughly positive experience! The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. We started with a generous, high-quality charcuterie board, accompanied by excellent crescentine. Also noteworthy is the tartare, beautifully presented and with very balanced flavors, and the truly excellent lasagna, flavorful and made to perfection. Impeccable service: attentive, fast, and always present without being intrusive. You can sense great care both in the cuisine and in the overall experience. A place where you eat well and feel at ease. I'll definitely be back!

Deserves more than 4.2 rating. Great little spot for a quick drink. The barman made seriously good Mojitos, and the aperol spritz were top notch too. We didn’t have food but looked good. Sat inside as the tables were full. Great decision as we got to listen to the barman’s tunes and his enthusiastic singing. You want a good cocktail. A beer, quick bite to eat. Come here.

A lovely little place with a small but excellent menu. The tagliatelle al ragù is highly recommended! The service staff is very friendly!

An exceptional appetizer: Aperol and mortadella! A really cool atmosphere!!

The tigelle and crescentine with delicious cold cuts are delicious, as are the lasagna, friggione, and more. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the place is cozy, even if the tables are a bit small...just like abroad! The prices are fair. Recommended for both an aperitif and a good, informal meal, but authentically Bolognese.

I tried this place as I got it confused with La Montanara which is nextdoor, and was recommended by my hotel... although I think they share the same kitchen! I was the only one here at lunch but they were friendly and recommended a nice wine to go with my lasagne verde - which was delicious! Prices were reasonable too.

Now, I'm not one for reviews. But I have to be honest, WHAT A RAGÙ! Before catching my plane back to London, I wanted to make a nice tagliatelle with ragù without straying too far from the station, and here it is! I ended up going out, thinking I couldn't ask for more! The comfort is that of home, the smiles are genuine, and the ragù... ragù, guys! THE RAGÙ! Congratulations! See you soon!
