Quick and friendly service. The food was good. €10 for service for 4 people is expensive; drinks and food were pricey, but that's probably due to the neighborhood.

I ate at this trattoria about a year ago. I found the decor beautiful and the cooking to be authentic! The zucchini blossoms were to die for!

We just wanted to grab a quick bite and went to the restaurant without any great expectations. In the end, we were all very pleasantly surprised. Despite its proximity to the Colosseum, it's definitely not a tourist trap. I had a delicious Pizza Diavola. The dough, cheese, and toppings were perfectly balanced. It's baked in a wood-fired oven, and you could really taste the difference. The service was also very good and friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a simple and good meal in the area, and of course, there's a slight tourist surcharge.

14/12/2025: I remembered it better... something's changed. At 1:50 PM we order the first courses... they ask us if we should order the second courses right away or later, taking our time... we decide later... the first courses arrive at 3:20 PM... we try to order the second courses immediately... but by then the grill was no longer available. What can I say... I was still hungry, the food was decent. The service was confusing. Let's see the bill now, hahahaha. P.S. I hadn't even finished writing this before they brought out a second course of suckling pig for everyone, free of charge. Thanks and I'm changing my review.
06/12/2025: It's true that we arrived late (but I had warned them and that was fine with them), some things were missing from the menu and I chose the chicken which arrived undercooked inside (with visible blood).
