A good restaurant, good food, good service, fast enough to enjoy the dishes without getting bored, a cool place, at the top of the village, with a splendid view. In short, a restaurant like "once upon a time," without QR code menus and other nonsense. Maybe the lady at the reception/cash register could smile a little, but it's a good place.

I rediscovered authentic Giglio cuisine and the mastery of seafood cooking: simple yet exquisite in its choice of ingredients and combinations, perfect as only seafood can be! My sincerest compliments to the staff and the chef! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE!

We visited this restaurant because it's one of the most renowned and historic on the island, but we weren't thrilled. Despite the overall good quality of the dishes, the atmosphere was chaotic, the service tense and slow (though our waiter was always very kind and attentive). We waited 30 minutes between courses, despite the restaurant being 1/3 full on a Saturday. The squid appetizer was okay, the spaghetti with sea urchins and bottarga was a bit dry but overall tasty, and the tuna was very good, but cold. The dining room is spacious, but the fake plants are out of place for a restaurant of this caliber, as are the noisy refrigerators that move around behind the tables. It's a real shame, because it has great potential. (Perhaps it's been lost a bit over time?!)

The restaurant is located in a truly picturesque setting, within the castle walls, with a splendid view of the western coast, offering breathtaking sunsets. The staff is friendly and professional, but we were disappointed with the food: the tuna taco was good, the spaghetti al nero was decent, and the prawns, served with the intestines removed, were disappointing—a detail that shouldn't be overlooked in a restaurant of this caliber. Finally, the dark chocolate brittle was delicious.

This July, we had two dinners. Both were excellent, with friendly, well-prepared staff. The location is charming, well-maintained, and housed in a building steeped in history. The view of Campese deserves a 10/10!

Old-fashioned trattoria, expensive but good. Friendly staff. Breathtaking views if you find a seat near a window. A classic.

Truly excellent restaurant. In a fantastic location. Delicious and refined food. Prices are a bit high, but in proportion to the quality. I could tell you all about it, but try the marinated anchovies! A very simple dish, but when done well... Highly recommended.

Abbiamo cenato in questa suggestiva location dentro le mura del castello, da cui abbiamo goduto la vista di un bellissimo tramonto. Abbiamo assaggiato sia i primi che i secondi, entrambi di pesce, e devo dire che, sia i miei che quelli della mia Signora, erano buoni : pesce fresco, buoni abbinamenti non banali, pregevole fattura. Abbiamo assaggiato anche un dolcino, buono ma niente di speciale. Servizio veloce, prezzi leggermente più alti che in altri ristoranti.

Giornata memorabile con atmosfera rarefatta. La location è tipica è il servizio eccellente. Iniziamo con antipasti freddi per concludere con una frittura magistrale… tutto molto buono.Grazie.
