Very pleasant restaurant! Dishes average €24.00. They suggest a selection of typical Italian dishes. But the chef will prepare something special upon request. Good wine list! You can park nearby in the public parking lot.

We had a delightful dinner here. Excellent food and wines with gracious service in a cosy, elegant setting. Great choice if you are transiting at Malpensa and have a stopover. The team made us feel very welcome. Grazie Mille

For lunch, The food was good, but the truly remarkable thing was the service: prompt, precise, elegant, polite, and attentive (but also friendly). The desserts were also very good, and we devoured them before we could even take a photo!

A special place for a special occasion. This is how I like to describe this location. From the very beginning, I noticed the beauty and elegance of the place. It was very warm and welcoming, with a smiling and professional staff. From the first to the last minute, they made us feel special. Regarding the dishes, the quality is top-notch, from the raw ingredients to the preparations that amaze you with new flavors. With every bite, you always wanted more. All the dishes were very well balanced, from the appetizers to the desserts. There was also a great selection of wines to accompany the evening perfectly. I couldn't find any flaws in such a perfect evening. I can only compliment the entire place and recommend everyone visit at least once in their life to experience the delights and feel pampered for a day. Congratulations!

04/03/2026: Farmacia dei Sani is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Castellanza. It can no longer be called an osteria (as its historic sign says), both for its attentive and professional service (like a high-end restaurant), its table setting (white tablecloths and glasses suitable for fine wines), and, above all, its prices (all dishes average around €18-20 per course). In short, if you're looking for an excellent restaurant with medium-high prices that are still proportionate to the quality of the offerings, this is the place!
16/02/2026: This was our second visit to this restaurant. I must say my husband and I had a truly wonderful time. The food was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The color combinations in the dishes were also beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining room was warm and welcoming, with a fireplace. The wines were perfect. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.
