Everything was good, especially the sugared almond cake, and with attention to detail. Too bad the lighting was very white, with yellow light it would have been a nice blast from the past

We ate in this restaurant in Sulmona, attracted by the fame of the place and the truly suggestive location, which certainly deserves a positive note. Unfortunately, however, the experience did not live up to expectations. The first courses arrived too quickly, so much so that we had the impression that they were pre-cooked or simply reheated. The grilled meat was also served in a flash, and honestly this made us doubt whether it was freshly prepared. The desserts were acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable. At the end of the evening, the bill seemed a little high compared to what we were served. Overall, the place is very nice and has great potential, but we expected higher quality, especially considering the fame and price. Overall rating: 7/10

Locale “tipico” in tema medievale, buona la carne locale così come i contorni ed il vino preso, buoni i prezzi e gentilezza del personale.

Nice place, I recommend it. The food was good and the waiters were very kind, the environment was very nice and quiet. The prices are perhaps almost right...

Tasty first courses, hand-rolled pasta; excellent quality roasts.

The Angello was excellent and the antipasto was good but the vegetables were a little over cooked but delicious. I was the only customer at 19:45. Because it was so quiet, I could hear the music playing in kitchen... an Irish concert. Great singing. They let me sit there drinking water to listen to the music..my wife, who died 2 years ago, loved her Irish music.
