Nice for an aperitif, good canapé with ham

The best trattoria in Friuli Venezia Giulia and perhaps one of the best in Italy! My experience was complete in all aspects. The food was exceptional, from the highest quality raw materials, you can taste every ingredient that was put on the plate with a master hand. All the dishes were DELICIOUS! with many small interesting details such as the crunchy wasabi crumbled in the Beef Tartar dish, the fried leaves, and much more. He also brought us some extra tastings such as the ham and vegetable gel on the cauliflower salad before the first course, very fresh, good and balanced. Blecs with sclopit and San Daniele, no words, seasonal, fragrant, good good. The beef was unforgettable, I don't think I've ever eaten such tender and tasty beef in my life. The place is beautiful, typical, warm, elegant. The service is impeccable, already from the phone call I felt pampered by the voice of the housewife. Everything is perfect! A little more expensive than other places but absolutely worth every penny. I will return several times with friends and family. A Must for those who love good food!

We returned to this restaurant for dinner after a year thanks to the wonderful memory we had, and it did not disappoint. Dinner in a historic, very well-kept and relaxing environment, fantastic flavors from the first courses to the desserts. The service is thoughtful and attentive, truly a wonderful evening. We will return every time we pass by these parts!

Contrary to those who might think of the immobility of traditional cuisine, the movement of revising traditions usually produces results that are pleasant for the diner. A notable case is that of Al Giardaneto, Paolo Zoppolatti is a chef with solid training who over the years has consolidated his charming restaurant as a reference for tasty cuisine, which without more fireworks than flavor presents an ingenious menu with amazingly balanced prices. The room is running solidly. The older brother manages the winery and with a modern and unclassical ease he makes the customer feel wonderful within the walls of a restaurant that is now in its third generation. The magnificent wine list is a tour of some of the best wineries in the area, where trends in Friulian oenology are also reflected and compared to classics such as Jerman or Feluga we find new producers who speak of the good health that the region is currently experiencing. The dishes on the menu have a great technical base, but they stand out when it comes to pasta or meat. Perhaps the desserts are slightly anchored in a tradition that deserves greater daring. Magnificent wine service glasses, from the Italesse house, in Trieste, and beautiful water glasses made of beautiful Murano glass. A space where you can feel happy, which is what we go to restaurants for, and even more so if the final bill doesn't hurt. Variety of breads that brighten the meal, made in-house.
