Excellent Italian cuisine with beautiful presentation. The waiter was very pleasant, efficient, and patient. We had a table at this gourmet restaurant even though we had only booked 10 minutes in advance by phone.

Al Fresco in Milan is a restaurant where freshness is palpable, not flaunted.
Chef Andrea Mangiaracina works with elegance and restraint: elegantly presented and flavorful dishes, a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere. Impeccable hospitality, attentive and friendly service. The value lies in the taste. Definitely worth trying and returning for more.

A very beautiful place, excellent service, and disgusting food. We ordered veal on a bed of rice. The 15 cm diameter piece of meat had a 5 cm bone, the rest was sinew. The smell and appearance were disgusting, like the most run-down cafeteria. The seafood spaghetti looked much better, but was generously sprinkled with sand and unopened clams. A lovely family dinner was ruined.
But the waiter spoke our language, so thank him very much.

We were truly satisfied with our experience. The restaurant is intimate and meticulously maintained, and the dishes are prepared with quality ingredients. Special thanks to Grazia for her professionalism. It was a pleasure to meet her again after meeting her at Pizzeria Denis.

Enjoy excellent Italian cuisine in a refined setting with a splendid view of the internal garden from a large veranda, furnished for al fresco dining in the summer. The service from the wait staff was excellent, and despite the large number of customers, they managed to fulfill every order in extraordinary time. The Milanese cutlet was tender and of high quality, as were all the other dishes we ordered; the chestnut dessert was excellent.

A wonderful spot in Milan! Al Fresco offers a beautiful garden atmosphere and truly delicious Italian dishes — fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented.
