18/08/2025: We loved the ravioli, the tortelli with truffles, the wonderful tagliata, the pickles, the tiramisu. We loved everything, in short ❤️

08/08/2025: The road from San Severino to Stigliano offers beautiful views of the Marche hills. Once you arrive at Ristorante Marisa, it's like coming home. Here, you can enjoy traditional home-cooked cuisine featuring homemade pasta, traditional sauces like duck or truffle, cured meats, warm focaccia, meat cooked over the fire, and simple but delicious traditional desserts. There's also a good selection of wines. The veranda is lovely, with a spectacular view and, despite the summer heat, a pleasant cool breeze. We tried the gnocchi and ravioli with chicory and fossa cheese, which were delicious, and the grilled fillet steak, which was incredibly tender. On another occasion, we also sampled Marisa's frittura, fried meat with battered vegetables and fruit, which was very enjoyable. The service is friendly and informal. But we expected this; after all, we're at home!

20/08/2025: I had dinner in a charming, quiet place. The appetizer was very tasty and plentiful, and the tagliatelle with wild fennel and varnelli mushrooms were delicate yet flavorful. I'll be back to try the main courses. Bravo!

14/08/2025: Excellent location for visiting villages, cities, and the area's many attractions. A beautifully renovated historic building. Spacious and clean room with a sofa, scented linens, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator, rare in a farmhouse. Plenty of storage space. Stunning views of the Marche hills, similar to those from the balcony in Cingoli, especially from the pool, always open—a relaxing setting with flowers, loungers, and a swing—and from the porch, where in the evenings, with the sunset light and the view, you can enjoy delicious traditional Marche dishes, expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients, including the farm's own oil, fruit, and herbs. The generous breakfast includes delicious homemade pastries and yogurt. The hosts are kind and welcoming, always available and discreet. Thank you again!

31/08/2025: Excellent. The food is very, very good. We loved it every time. We went there several times thanks to Silvia, Francesca, and Franco from Agriturismo Bonfigli who recommended it to us, and we were definitely not disappointed 😻

30/08/2025: This restaurant was simply perfect. There were 12 of us there, and we all had our meals together. It was very, very delicious, even if the food wasn't perfectly presented, but the taste made up for it. They even have a Michelin star, and in my opinion, they deserve it! Thank you for the wonderful evening. If we're ever in the area again, we'll eat there again! Mille Grazie

23/08/2025: SUMMER 2025!! A true sensory experience! The restaurant not only captivates with its refined and creative cuisine, but also with its warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Each dish is a small masterpiece, prepared with quality ingredients and a wealth of passion. A special thanks to the owner Marco, whose genuine hospitality and attentive service made the evening even more special. Feeling at home, pampered by authentic flavors and impeccable service: I'll definitely be back!

08/09/2025: Three unforgettable days. As you climb the hill, a spectacular view opens up, and even before you arrive, you imagine the tranquility. Then dinner with that background music that envelops you. The pool, the rooms. But the welcome from the owner to the room cleaner, the lovely waitress, and the kitchen staff is the highlight. Thank you so much. We'd love to come back soon.

31/08/2025: I'm giving it 4 stars because I didn't eat at their restaurant, so I can't really say (it was packed anyway)! Everything else was wonderful! The gentleman who welcomed us was super kind! I think the room I booked was the least expensive (about €50 per person), but it was beautiful! Extremely clean and well-appointed. The room had a mezzanine, with a double bed both upstairs and downstairs. Unfortunately, when I come to the Marche region, it's to visit my grandmother at the Montefano cemetery. When I return, I'll definitely stay with you again. Thank you for everything! Greetings from Rome!

03/09/2025: Truly excellent, we've been going there for two years now, a sure thing! The wild boar with apples and the stewed wild boar are definitely worth trying!

27/08/2025: With a simple atmosphere and family-style cuisine, it's the perfect "country" spot I love to visit on vacation. The mixed antipasto is delicious, accompanied by an exceptional rustic focaccia. The duck gnocchi and fried lamb are also delicious. Large portions and very fair prices.

25/08/2025: Phenomenal tagliatelle and a wide selection of traditional Marche dishes. We were also very impressed by the local artichoke variety. The restaurant (like the rest of the place) is very well-maintained. Excellent value for money! Kudos to all the staff!

11/09/2025: The owner and waiters were very kind, the service excellent, the eggplant and anchovy tart absolutely worth trying, the handmade tagliatelle were delicious and generously seasoned with seafood, and the fried fish was crispy and light. I tried the mussels with a tomato sauce and five slices of bread. I could have gone on. Finished with the classic sorbet. A delicious seafood meal.

08/09/2025: A restaurant right on the beach (although it's not a big deal in the evenings), it nevertheless makes a great impression and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent, there's no other way to describe it. Both in terms of quality and presentation. Whether something tastes good is subjective, and we can say it was very good here. The reception and service were also excellent. Friendly, attentive, and courteous. We felt very comfortable and will return again during our time here, and look forward to it. Our conclusion: highly recommended!

05/08/2025: A dream property. Everything was perfect: location, service, and food.

04/08/2025: A truly positive experience! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The spa is meticulously maintained, and they made us feel truly pampered. They even gave us an extra 35 minutes since we'd arrived a little early. A much-appreciated gesture that shows customer care. We'll definitely be back!

11/09/2025: Lunch alone. The entrée was complimentary, featuring Cantabrian anchovies with a mousse of what I can't remember. A mixed fried fish platter (excellent ingredients) cost €20; I may have paid for the first dish prepared in-house; it wasn't crispy and greasy, but it was good overall. A dip with vegetables that weren't very firm and fresh cost €6. A half-bottle of Bianchello from Cantine Guerrieri, I don't know the price. Coffee, no water, cost €38. A restaurant with the potential and prices of La Lanterna shouldn't have the small shortcomings I've highlighted. It was probably a bad day, so much so that I'll be back next time.

14/08/2025: Top-notch restaurant. Delicious and varied fish menu, excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and fair prices. Fantastic food!

23/07/2025: The food is truly excellent, the red wine delicious, the decor very original! But that's not all: the service is anything but friendly, not even a 'buon appetito'....

27/06/2025: In San Costanzo a magic that has lasted since 1972. At Rolando Ramoscelli (dialect cuisine) you will find "the flavors of our home". A totem, a guarantee of good food that is perpetuated in an intimate and familiar environment. Rolando lives the seasonality of raw materials, from truffles to mushrooms, from meats to vegetables. And then an infinite space would be needed to talk about tagliatelle with the ragù of the past or ravioli with truffles and also the fabulous pasticciata and the disturbing stuffed guinea fowl. We should even talk about the precious appetizers as well as the desserts at the end of the race. But above all there is Him, Rolando, stainless to the law of eternal time like the verses of a poem!
