26/08/2025: It's a hotel with a very good location, overlooking a beautiful landscape.
Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good.
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent.
In my experience, I felt right at home.
24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

21/10/2025: Yes, we ate very well with a sea view. The appetizers were excellent and plentiful, including a fabulous and tender tuna steak, truly fresh fish. All this was accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the owner, Gianpiero. The elegant restaurant is professional, and the service is impeccable. The prices are excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

03/10/2025: The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, this is already my second year coming here!!
30/09/2025: Lovely place. We stayed only one night in September, the first mountain bike stop on the Sibillini ring, but we had a wonderful time. Helpful staff, wonderful rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a pool in an annex separate from the main building.
They also have a storage area for e-bike charging.
They're not very close to the village of Montefortino, but you can get there by bike in 10 minutes (uphill).
Highly recommended.

31/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience at the Cavallini Restaurant in San Severino! As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and extremely kind staff, always available with a smile.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary: carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course speaks to the chef's passion and expertise. The fish cappellacci are truly unique—delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor… truly a dish worthy of applause, a small masterpiece that alone is worth the visit. The other dishes also stand out for their flavor and originality, with always spot-on pairings.
My only personal complaint concerns the champagne risotto, which I found a bit too intense in flavor: for my taste, the champagne slightly overpowered the other aromas. That said, it's still a well-executed dish and a testament to the kitchen's desire to experiment.
Service is fast, attentive, but never intrusive. The portions are just right, the timing between courses is perfect, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality. It's one of those places where you eat truly well and leave feeling completely satisfied, wanting to return.
Highly recommended for those seeking high-end cuisine, without too much formality but with lots of passion and authentic flavor.

15/10/2025: The place is small and staffed poorly. So you'll have to wait a few minutes. The service is still good, courteous, and friendly. The quality of the ingredients and food is high. Good selection of wines. Reasonably priced. I definitely recommend.

07/10/2025: A cozy little place, with a great view when the weather permits, and above all, delicious food. Highly recommended.
04/10/2025: After a light breakfast, we set off to explore the waterfalls around Sarnano. The route was beautiful, but unexpectedly longer and sometimes more difficult than we had anticipated. Fortunately, we eventually arrived at the Osteria, which was like an oasis in the desert. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and were able to join the queue at 2:15 p.m.
We had a delicious lunch, choosing only the pasta, all freshly made by the owner's wife. The portions were so large and tasty that we couldn't manage another dish. In hindsight, we should have shared a pasta and then ordered grilled meat. We'll keep that in mind because we'll definitely be back!
After delicious cappuccinos and our water bottles refilled by the owner, we were given directions for the rest of the route and set off again with big smiles on our faces.

13/09/2025: On our way back from visiting the old town, we stopped here for lunch.
After sitting in the cave (much cooler than the outdoor terrace), we chose from the rather extensive menu: bruschetta, a mixed platter, and a hod dog, which were delicious, as were the other two dishes. The wait staff were very friendly.
The bill wasn't excessive.
We were satisfied.
24/08/2025: Very nice place, friendly staff, good music, excellent local products, however, contrary to what is stated on the website, absolutely not suitable for celiacs... high contamination.
