04/05/2025: Very pretty mountain hut, surrounded by greenery, which can also be reached by taking the beautiful Trenino promenade, making a very short detour. Very friendly and welcoming staff, good and tasty dishes! Outside there is also a swing and animals, which is always an excellent attraction for children! I didn't give 5 stars only because the prices were slightly too high than I would have expected in a mountain hut.

25/05/2025: We were the first to taste the pizza that can now be found at Jok. Very good and crispy dough, quality ingredients and fair price. We recommend it .... maybe after a walk on the plateau.

30/04/2025: We stayed overnight in a B&B: excellent breakfasts, both savory and sweet, the room was small but functional and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We always dined at the inn by reserving a table. Both the pizzas and the restaurant dishes are good with quality products. The craft beers and desserts are also good. courteous and helpful owners. It's very convenient to be able to book your overnight stay and check in directly online.

23/04/2025: Recommended by a dear mutual friend, we arrived at the Locanda last night to taste their pizzas. The environment made us feel comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, and the menu is very attentive to local products and the food tradition of the Plateau. In particular, the Cimbra pizza, with Asiago and sopressa, was the subject of choice. The thin but pleasant dough, not dry, was a pleasant further detail to delight us. In the end, unfortunately, there wasn't even room for dessert, we were full and didn't want to risk overindulging, so as not to suffer nightly retaliations from the digestive system... In any case, it will be the excuse to return as soon as possible, perhaps for lunch, and continue the discovery of a place that is worth a visit. Could someone say: “But only with a pizza and a beer”? And I calmly reply that the simplest things are often the most difficult to do, to give them the dignity they deserve... Unfortunately, many people fall for this aspect when they only pay attention to the economic side of catering. Here, no. Very correct expense, even considering the quality. P.S. Dogs are also accepted, upon prior notice. Far-sighted attitude given that, on the Plateau, many businesses still don't realize how many customers they lose by banning animals (if they are naturally calm, as a dog owner I am perfectly aware that respect is needed).

07/04/2025: There is no doubt, when I am in the area, a pizza at Fiorenzo certainly cannot be missed, the environment is welcoming, the people are kind and smiling, the service is fast even if the place is full, the pizzas are delicious, nice and crunchy as I like them and with excellent ingredients.. And they are honest in their prices... 👍👍👍👍

14/05/2025: Bad experience. Very disappointed. I took some friends to eat pizza because other pizzerias in the area were closed for work. Dry pizza, badly cooked because the oven was not yet at the right temperature. VERY POOR Ingredients, pitiful, never seen anything like it. Frozen pizzas are more topped. Arrived on cold Ikea plates and got cold immediately. I think one of the worst pizzas I have eaten. Too bad because the place is nice and the girls are kind.

31/03/2025: We ended up here by accident, driving past we saw a cluster of motorcycles in the parking lot - and this is a sure sign that it is very tasty here. From the outside the restaurant looks very rustic and inside it has a very atmospheric mountain atmosphere. The cuisine is local, simple, hearty and very tasty. We literally had half an hour to stop, so we only took the first course, my husband his favorite dumplings in broth, and I had homemade tagliatelle noodles with venison. The service here is amazingly fast, the owners are friendly and in general the atmosphere is very warm and pleasant. I will definitely bookmark this place.

16/05/2025: Very good food but rushed service (even though the restaurant isn't full). We hardly have time to read the menu and when we order, things are missing. We have to ask. We weren't even served one dish. The waiter was almost unpleasant (even though we made the effort to speak Italian). We're on vacation, so we don't want to rush through a meal. We don't recommend it.

13/05/2025: Very nice place and all modernized with a wonderful view on the greenery. Sometimes you can meet some deer nearby. The grilled meat is their strong point. But basically everything is very good. It is worth trying it.

14/05/2025: Modern and welcoming place with an excellent location in the town center and a large parking lot available. The pizzeria also has some outdoor tables where you can sip an excellent spritz in the sun. The pizza is very good and the ingredients are fresh, you should always book a table as the place is very busy. The best is the service which I found rather slow every time.

15/04/2025: Trattoria Ai Granatieri is located in Roana on the Asiago plateau. We found it by chance right at the end of the train walk that starts from Asiago, on the route that in the past was occupied by a small railway that took a train from the plain to the plateau. The trattoria is a typical rustic place, furnished in a simple but welcoming way, definitely a place from another time. There is also a fireplace that always creates atmosphere. There are not many seats in the internal room so reservations are recommended. In the summer you can also enjoy the outdoor space. They offer both a bar service with the possibility of ordering sandwiches, and a kitchen offer. The menu includes a series of dishes that make up the meal: pickles, homemade soppressa, polenta and meat grilled on the hot coals of the fireplace in the kitchen, Asiago cheese, side dishes... and for those who still have a little room there is the possibility of ordering a dessert. The final price is created based on how many pieces you order. The lady who took the orders is very nice and ironic, we exchanged a series of jokes, too strong. The girl who helped her was discreet and at the same time very nice and friendly. In front of the restaurant there is a convenient free parking area. The restaurant is suitable for everyone, even for children, making sure they do not go out alone because the restaurant overlooks the road and is positioned on a curve.
