28/09/2025: I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it any less. I've been waiting forever for the receipt, and I can swear the girls weren't that busy. I ordered a medium cup and a milkshake, which were practically worth their weight in gold. The service at the cash register was so cold and rushed that I didn't even have time to ask if they had plant-based milk (I'm lactose intolerant). I asked the girl preparing the cones and milkshakes, and she told me they didn't have it. I said that unfortunately, for health reasons, I couldn't drink cow's milk, and she rudely scolded me for not telling the cashier. The cashier was equally rude, insisting, "If you don't tell me." I don't understand how such a renowned ice cream shop could hire such rude, uninterested, and slow people. Completely unsuitable for working with the public, as I've heard them give annoyed responses to other customers who were merely asking legitimate questions. As I pointed out to the person directly involved, this is no way to treat people. And a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt.

06/09/2025: The ice cream was quite good, the pistachio pastries and the cream puffs were definitely of terrible taste, a round of applause for the staff because they were very kind and helpful.

09/10/2025: Pizza and kebab located on one of the side streets off the main avenue in Villafranca di Verona. Mostly takeout, there's a small dining area opposite the counter with visible skewers, where you can sit down. Generous but not excessive fillings, a variety of the usual fresh ingredients. The piadina dough is rolled out and cooked on the spot, which makes all the difference. Quick service from a friendly staff. Parking is available along the surrounding streets. Paid parking during daytime hours.

25/09/2025: We've been regular customers for 2 years. The quality has significantly declined recently, as has the selection, but what's even more convincing us to change is that they never deliver pizzas on time. This evening, we ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM (presumably more than enough time to organize) for a home delivery to be delivered at 8:00 PM in Villafranca, as we had an engagement afterwards. We were asked if 8:15 PM was okay, and although we were a bit pressed for time, we accepted. Too bad the pizza arrived at 8:45 PM. Considering the fact that we ordered well in advance and that we live a 5-minute drive from the pizzeria, I find such a delay absurd, and it always happens.

10/06/2025: I sit down and order a coffee, specifying “without sugar” (in order to save a minimum of work for the waiter, given the teaspoon and the sachet that I don’t need. It is served to me at the table with a teaspoon and sugar and a receipt for the modest (so to speak) sum of 1.50. There are about 6-7 people in total in the place and there are 3 people working. At a certain point the waiter passes by the tables, while everyone, including me, is drinking/eating saying that “you have to pay now” and when I ask why I am told “to save time”. Obviously everyone is shocked by this absurd request given that it is 5:30 pm and it is certainly not closing time. Exactly the opposite of a relaxing break which is what you look for in a bar/cafeteria like this. Terrible, never again.

08/06/2025: Good croissants and cappuccino too... only the coffee machine attendant is quick... the others get lost in chatter and maybe have 5 people waiting in front of the cash register..
