17/04/2026: I signed up my two-year-old for swimming lessons, eager to get him used to the water. But today's incident has literally pissed me off. After the lesson, I had to use the bathroom with my lively toddler in tow. The only accessible bathroom was the one for disabled people, because it was more spacious and better suited to controlling the stroller. As I was leaving, an attendant attacked me, telling me I shouldn't have used it and should have gone to the small bathroom. When I told her about the stroller problem, she responded with no empathy that I should have gone to the bathroom with the door open! Absurd and disrespectful! For the record, you can generally use the disabled bathroom if you have a stroller and can't fit in the other ones. It's not just for people with disabilities, but it's a priority for those who need it. In any case, there are different ways of saying things; rudeness is not appreciated. Respect is. 26/12/2025: I can say that this facility offers excellent services and the lifeguards are very professional! As for Riccardo, I consider him the pool's mascot. He's a big-hearted and very sociable guy. I'm sorry the girls were shocked.
