01/04/2026: Booked for 7.30pm, arrived at 7.15pm, they made us wait 15 minutes to order because we were early, after 45 minutes the pizzas arrived, as soon as we finished eating the pizzas they brought us the cake since it was my son's birthday the head waiter came and told us to go and drink coffee at the counter because we had to free the table today, it was really a disgrace.

18/04/2026: The food and service are excellent, but be wary of pickpockets, especially when the place is busy. Despite the cameras pointing everywhere, they operate undisturbed and calmly. Even if you leave your cell phone on the same tray you're eating in, right in front of you, you might turn your head for a moment and it's already too late, even if you're the most attentive person. Obviously, I don't blame the place for this—the employees are actually very kind and helpful—but they themselves have said that thefts happen frequently. We're not talking about street thefts, but rather inside a private establishment. The owners should do everything possible to prevent thefts and make their customers feel safe. A security guard would be enough, even just during peak hours. They're the only ones who can notice if the same person shows up frequently and always wanders around without buying food, keep them under visual surveillance, and if necessary, foil an attempted theft or even simply discourage it by approaching the suspect. Even if customers see something detrimental to other customers, they often don't come forward out of fear. This is all the more reason why management needs to make more effort, given that in other respects the place is already at excellent levels!

22/02/2026: Nice, welcoming place with good food where you can spend a nice evening, especially the piano bar, which is expertly managed to entertain guests with dancing and karaoke. You pay the right amount for what they offer you.

It's impossible not to mention the great availability and kindness of Massimo and his family, from the first to the last day of our vacation. Not far from the area's historic nightlife venues. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, with excellent value for money. 🔝

25/12/2025: I ordered a pizza that unfortunately arrived wrong, and that was annoying enough. But the worst part was the response I received: instead of apologizing or trying to make amends, I was asked, "Don't you like the pizza?" An inappropriate and unprofessional comment. It's a shame, because mistakes can happen, but attitude really does make a difference. Rude, especially (the pizza chef).

15/03/2026: An excellent pizzeria where you can grab a quick slice of pizza before a show at the Villafranca theater. The pizza is really good, well-cooked and with a very digestible dough. There are different flavors to suit every palate. I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 only because the space is very limited, and if the weather is bad, you can't even sit outside. The girls are really very kind. Bravo!

19/03/2026: I went to the inn to try the legendary giant cutlet, and I must say I was truly surprised. A medium 400g Roman cutlet that's well worth its €23 price tag. The atmosphere is very elegant, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

20/03/2026: I'd like to start by saying that, due to a family issue, we arrived late despite having notified the staff. We know full well that it wasn't the best of us, but that doesn't even begin to excuse the complete lack of professionalism we encountered. A terrible experience from every perspective. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived: rude, zero customer service, and completely unacceptable manners. Throughout the dinner, we were rushed to vacate the table, which made it impossible to enjoy the experience. The service was embarrassing: the cutlery wasn't even changed between courses, and when it arrived, it was practically thrown on the table on top of the napkins, without any care or respect. The food? Simply disgusting. Flavorless dishes of questionable quality. The so-called "ragù" was unrecognizable: it was impossible to tell what we were eating. The bread was incredibly hard, it looked like it was a week old: you couldn't even break it. The menu is also inexpensive, but that doesn't justify such poor quality. It's better to pay a little more and eat well than leave with this experience. A place that demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, attention, and quality. Absolutely not recommended; I will never return.
