02/07/2026: Today at 11:00 a.m., four friends, and two children stopped for an aperitivo at this lovely bar in Raldon. We ordered a bottle of prosecco, two brioches, a coccola, and a cappuccino, and asked for some appetizers to go with the bottle of prosecco. The bartender on duty rudely replied that the kitchen was closed and could only serve us chips. I asked for a toasted sandwich, but got no response. Around 11:40, having to wait for more people, we ordered a second bottle of prosecco and asked again for appetizers or a cold cuts platter, which we would obviously have paid for. The other bartender on duty responded categorically, "The kitchen opens at 12." Now, I invite the bar owners, at least, to think about it. If a customer orders two bottles of prosecco in the space of 39 minutes and asks for something to eat, I'd say it's not worth specifying 20 minutes before the kitchen opening time, which was decided and not communicated by the management. Terrible service, rudeness, and no customer service. I don't recommend it.

26/06/2026: Dinner for 4. A young and elegant location, but the food... unique and refined... amazing cicchetti, the anchovy egg is a must. The first courses are fantastic. The spaghetti with black garlic, anchovies, and burrata is a must. Generous portions. Oh, I forgot to mention the platters among the appetizers... spectacular. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the second courses... we were so full. Good selection of wines too. Add to this the discreet but present attention from the two girls, who accompany you from the beginning in this spectacular experience. Highly recommended.

17/05/2026: I tried the gluten-free pizza at Pizzeria Sprea in San Giovanni Lupatoto. The dough was light and of excellent quality. I was satisfied and recommend it to anyone with a gluten intolerance.

22/05/2026: I was passing through and stopped for dinner. This restaurant is clearly visible near the Rana factory, on a busy road that leads from the Galassia shopping center in San Giovanni Lupatoto toward Raldon. The waitress greeted me with a smile and seated me immediately; I felt right at home. They make dishes with seasonal ingredients, and currently feature asparagus. Before dinner, she brought me a basket of bread and some delicious olive oil to sample, produced in the hills of Mezzane di Sotto (VR). I ordered homemade fettuccelle alla Primavera, with white asparagus, tarragon, and confit cherry tomatoes. They were delicious, with a delicious creamy sauce; the cherry tomatoes paired perfectly with the asparagus. I then ordered a delicious slice of heifer steak with a green asparagus salad. The meat was tender and juicy, melting in the mouth. For a side, I recommend the white asparagus parmigiana, and for the wine, a good Garganega dell'Est Veronese. I finished with an excellent strawberry tiramisu, smooth and creamy. The service was quick and flawless. The food was excellent; I complimented the chef. The waitresses were excellent, always present but discreet in their work. They are two lovely and attentive girls. The atmosphere is simple and dated, but I still found everything tidy and clean. The collection of plates displayed on the walls, belonging to other restaurants in various provinces and regions, is remarkable. Excellent value for money. They also have rooms for overnight stays. Full marks 👌🏻

03/05/2026: We stayed at the hotel. The rooms were very dated, the breakfast was mediocre, and the products were cheap. The staff were friendly. I won't be returning.

15/03/2026: I can speak for Sunday lunch... Good food, not excellent nor bad... but the amount of rice was enormous compared to other places... Service: Maybe I just had the wrong day... Lots of little mistakes, like taking the cover off from under my nose instead of taking the extra one... Nothing serious, but a smile and a little more attention would have improved everything... Overall, average; I didn't find any dishes to remember. If you're hungry and in the area, it's fine... Here, more than in other places, order in stages... Especially the rice dishes...

24/12/2025: Even though it's small, I think it's one of the best-run McDonald's in the Verona area. Service is incredibly fast, especially at the MC Drive-Thru. I've never had problems with cold or undercooked food, as I've had at other locations in the chain.

17/05/2026: Excellent quality food, tasty, and a wide variety of choices. We stopped in without knowing the place; we were passing through, and we live in another city. We gave it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised; the food was good and the staff were very friendly. The desserts were also really good, and the coffee was also very good. The place was also very charming and well-kept. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back because it exceeded all my expectations. 😊

10/05/2026: Terrible service, they make you look at the dishes through binoculars, they almost look like small tastings, they keep getting the wrong dishes without bringing you the right ones. After a couple of times you dare ask for a sauce or something, they automatically stop bringing you anything; ditto, if they think you've ordered too many dishes, they stop bringing you anything, and half the dishes on your table are taken away with the food still inside. In 50 minutes, I received six small dishes, two of which I hadn't ordered, and it wasn't just one time, because it's been like this for a year now. I'm reviewing from the table now and then promising myself I won't return. I've been coming here for years and have always loved this place, speaking highly of it to everyone, but from now on I'll put an X on it and never return.
