25/07/2026: Every time I go there, something is always missing, and I checked the list, but since I couldn't check the bag, in the end a menu was missing... and I paid for it because the receipt had everything... the sandwiches compared to other places are cooked badly. TERRIBLE.

15/03/2026: I can speak for Sunday lunch... Good food, not excellent nor bad... but the amount of rice was enormous compared to other places...
Service: Maybe I just had the wrong day... Lots of little mistakes, like taking the cover off from under my nose instead of taking the extra one... Nothing serious, but a smile and a little more attention would have improved everything...
Overall, average; I didn't find any dishes to remember. If you're hungry and in the area, it's fine... Here, more than in other places, order in stages... Especially the rice dishes...

02/11/2025: I ordered a delicious pizza. I didn't like it very much.
My uncle ordered a ham and mushroom pizza. The pizza was raw. They didn't have crème brûlée or tiramisu on the dessert menu. The cappuccino was average. To get four pizzas, you had to wait half an hour. The waiters are very kind and friendly.
14/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria because the one we usually go to was unfortunately closed for vacation, so we decided to try this one, but we were extremely disappointed compared to the pizza we used to eat years ago.
The atmosphere was very spartan and cold, with many different types of dough, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't leavened, too hard and undercooked. The effort in research is appreciated, but it's a shame because we could taste the toppings were otherwise good quality. The prices were definitely too high for the location and quality of the pizza, with a cover charge of €2.50 and paper tissues that were decidedly too thin.
There's a lot to revise.

11/08/2026: Shameful. A 45-minute wait for a piadina that wasn't made because they missed my order. Disorganized and confused because in the time I waited for my non-order, they fulfilled 6 piadinas in 45 minutes... You decide. If you want something to eat on your lunch break, avoid coming here.
Unfortunately, it's not the first time, but unexpected things happen at work, and being completely unorganized is a given here.
10/08/2026: Closing time is 8:30 PM. We get there at 7:50 PM and they tell us there's a 25-minute wait for two piadinas, and then it'll be closing time. No desire to work!

10/12/2025: Closing at 8:30 PM. At 8:03 PM, the employee rudely informed us that they had already closed the place.
The piadinas are delicious, and last time we even found a very kind girl, but tonight the service was very poor.
07/12/2025: You can't wait twenty minutes for a piadina. Why don't you notice the problem? How can you not notice? If there's a manager, doesn't he see the lack of work flow?

01/01/2026: I went last night and it was really nice. The girls are very attractive and friendly, as are the managers. The private rooms? The best! I love these places, and this is the best in Vicenza! Haven't tried it yet? You don't know what you're missing! Hurry, the atmosphere is amazing and the cocktails are amazing. I can't wait to go back!

30/01/2025: 3 volte al mc drive e ogni volta tornata a casa manca qualcosa!!!!! La prima volta l’acqua è la frutta di due happy meal, la seconda le patatine, la terza i nuggets!!!! Anche dentro spesso portano e mancano cose ma almeno te ne accorgi subito…

Do 10€ e chiedo se vuole i 60 centesimi..effettuo l operazione con il signore senza capelli un po' robusto.
Appoggio sul banco 20c.10. e 6 monete da 5.
Lui stizzito a voce alta..mi dice..signora ma cosa mi dà? Siamo un attività commerciale non il suo svuota tasche! Arrabbiato..con tono che tutti intorno hanno sentito.
A parte il fatto che i 5 centesimi sono soldi...e non gli ho dato 60c da 1 e sarebbe stato comunque un mio diritto farlo.
Ma come si permette di trattare così una cliente ..mi ha fatto sentire una pezzente pubblicamente
