04/02/2025: Siamo saliti in Veneto per andare a trovare mio zio e, per l’occasione, abbiamo deciso di cenare alla Locanda Paradiso a Pescantina, una trattoria tipica che ci ha subito conquistati con la sua atmosfera calda e conviviale. Oltre alla cucina eccellente, ciò che colpisce subito è la location spettacolare, soprattutto d’estate: un giardinetto curato nei minimi dettagli, con gazebo eleganti e un prato perfetto, che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È il posto ideale per una cena all’aperto, godendosi l’aria fresca e un’atmosfera rilassante. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con i primi piatti, che sono stati davvero eccezionali. Ogni portata era ben equilibrata nei sapori, mai troppo pesante e con ingredienti di qualità che valorizzavano la cucina tipica locale. Abbiamo assaggiato un risotto con radicchio, Valpolicella e Monte Veronese, un mix di sapori che si sposavano perfettamente, creando un piatto cremoso e gustoso. Il pasticcio con funghi è stato un’altra piacevolissima sorpresa, ricco e saporito, con una perfetta gratinatura che lo rendeva irresistibile. Ma il piatto che ci ha stupito di più sono stati gli gnocchi di malga con ricotta affumicata, una vera delizia: la consistenza morbida degli gnocchi e il sapore intenso della ricotta affumicata hanno reso questo piatto un’esperienza unica. Dopo i primi, siamo passati ai secondi, più classici ma altrettanto gustosi. Il coniglio era cotto alla perfezione, tenero e ben aromatizzato. Il cinghiale in umido aveva un sapore deciso ma equilibrato, con una carne morbidissima e ben speziata. Di contorno, abbiamo scelto delle patate, semplici ma buonissime, croccanti fuori e morbide dentro, perfette per accompagnare la carne. Per concludere la cena in bellezza, abbiamo provato la brisolona, una torta tipica croccante e friabile, che veniva servita con l’opzione di aggiungere un goccio di grappa per esaltarne ancora di più il sapore. Abbiamo scelto di provarla così ed è stata davvero un’ottima scelta: il contrasto tra il dolce e il sapore deciso della grappa ha reso questo dessert ancora più speciale. L’intera esperienza alla Locanda Paradiso è stata davvero piacevole. Il cibo è ottimo, ben preparato e rispettoso della tradizione, con porzioni generose e ingredienti di qualità. L’ambiente è accogliente, perfetto per una serata in compagnia all’insegna della buona cucina. La location all’aperto è un vero punto di forza, ideale per godersi un’ottima cena immersi nel verde.

25/01/2025: Very very good gluten free pizza. I'm not celiac but I wanted to try it, as I have done in other pizzerias, and this one is really highly recommended. Fried pizza is also gluten-free. Amazing.

03/02/2025: Restaurant whose main dish is grilled cockerel, offers a very large menu of sandwiches/burgers and various types of grilled meat. Compared to other similar places tried previously, finally a soft cockerel inside and with an excellent crunchy browning on the outside, whose spiciness could also be felt in the meat. The side dish of grilled vegetables and french fries is equally good. Even the club sandwich was made to perfection, very tender shank and dried meat... delicious! We drank some sparkling Raboso, slightly sweet, which accompanied lunch very well. A place (but I would easily call it a restaurant) for those looking for quality food, a nice and clean environment and courteous staff. Suitable for groups and families but also for couples looking for an informal but refined location. I recommend and ... We will come back to try the beer!

29/01/2025: Large and characteristic place. The main dish is their grilled chicken. Truly unique, their cooking allows you to taste juicy and soft meat still covered by the skin, slightly spicy to create an incredible flavour. Accompanied by grilled vegetables or potatoes and their "gallinero sauce", a spicy mayonnaise that cannot be described but only tried. The menu also offers many other sandwich and burger options, as well as a children's menu. Friendly and pleasant staff. I absolutely recommend.

01/02/2025: Avrei preferito dare un voto maggiore a questo ristorante, date le alte aspettative il nostro voto è basso perché tenuto in considerazione che i prezzi sono medio alti , la qualità dei piatti offerta non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative , soprattutto i piatti con dentro il tartufo . Assolutamente insapore . Nota importante però , vino buonissimo!! Cantina da tenere in considerazione
