27/11/2025: A Sunday lunch with a fixed menu: three first courses, three second courses (including one of cured meats and cheese), sbrisolona, grappa, water, wine, and coffee. No appetizers, bread, or cheese at the table. The service and staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and the food is good, with the option of seconds for some dishes. However, I encountered several communication difficulties and a misunderstanding, which fortunately was later resolved, which prevented me from fully enjoying the experience. At this time, I wouldn't return.

11/11/2025: We ate very good mixed cold cuts and a very good risotto. The waiters were not very friendly and if they don't like their job they can change.
20/10/2025: Honestly, it used to be better. Table service was slow; the pizzas arrived before the drinks, and there was another long wait for dessert. Decent pizza. The children's play area isn't bad, but the kids seem to be out of control; it's unclear whether anyone is keeping an eye on them or their parents have to make do.

01/12/2025: The pizza is very good. They're famous for it, and the options and variety are truly incredible. Light and easy to digest, they offer gluten-free options and always indicate allergens. It's best to book because it's always crowded. Truly excellent.

25/11/2025: Borgo Antico, the restaurant at the Villa Quaranta hotel, was the icing on the cake of our stay in Verona. We dined there and... what can I say? We truly felt at home, pampered by a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with irresistible aromas.
The Amarone risotto was simply a masterpiece: creamy, enveloping, the kind that makes you smile immediately when you taste it because you know you're tasting something special. The Chateaubriand, then... oh my! Tender, flavorful, cooked to perfection.
It's truly difficult to describe how delicious those dishes were: mouth-watering, and so was the plate, without shame.
Of course, it was all accompanied by an excellent Tommasi wine, the perfect way to end our stay at the villa. A toast that exuded quality, care, and tradition.
In short: a top-notch dinner, incredible dishes, and an atmosphere that makes you feel good from start to finish.
Highly recommended!
24/07/2025: Ambiente suggestivo, coniuga tradizione e lusso, unica pecca a mio avviso la troppa vicinanza tra i tavoli. Servizio di sala eccellente. Cibo di altissima qualità, veramente ottimo, bagnato da un vino del territorio favoloso, scelto non dalla "carta" dei vini ma dall'enciclopedia dei vini!!! Mai visto un documento tanto fornito. Un plauso all'amore e alla dedizione per il prodotto!

05/08/2025: As always on ships, the stern is always better than the bow. Last night I arrived at 10:50 PM (assuming they close at 11:00 PM). Coffee wasn't available, car wash; that's normal. However, coffee wasn't available during opening hours. The next morning, at 5:00 AM, I ordered two sandwiches; loaves for the Venetians. They tell me they're new, crunchy Spanish bread. They wrap them up for me and I eat them at 2:00 AM. I'm very hungry, I work as a laborer. Chewing gum is much better. I'd better brake the bottle.

06/09/2025: An absolutely fantastic bar, very relaxing, with a positive attitude. All the staff are friendly and open to a joke and a chat. Allesia, all the Alexs are fantastic. The owners, Stefano and Massimo, are also great guys. I'm Scottish and visited Colleferro briefly, the Garden Bar was my favorite place. If you're in Rome, ignore the Colosseum; the Garden Bar is the place to be.

I took advantage of the "Winter Black Friday" promotion and spent last weekend at the spa with my partner.
Overall, the experience was very positive, although there are some aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved.
Pros:
- Large and scenic facility, with truly charming indoor and outdoor areas.
- The option of sipping a drink directly in the water, which I greatly appreciated. I had a cocktail in the outdoor pool in the wellness area: very good (although it ran out quickly... thanks to the abundance of ice).
- We booked the Private Suite Love: returning there after a day at the spa was fantastic.
Large hot tub, private sauna, Turkish bath, fruit platter, Franciacorta wine, background music, and a waterbed: a truly relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple.
Areas for improvement:
- Parking: Despite the large area, finding a spot was more difficult than expected.
- Sauna token management: impractical system. Luckily, I still managed to enter the Russian sauna even without a token.
- Overcrowding: on weekends, it's incredibly crowded. Toward evening, many caves were full, and the relaxing experience risks becoming stressful. A limited number of places on weekends would make the stay much more enjoyable.
- Couples massage: nice, but nothing special for the price. I've had more comprehensive treatments at other spas. It felt more like an oil application than a true massage. Adding aromas in the room and making the treatment more structured would greatly improve the experience.
- No bathroom in the suite: the only real flaw. To use the bathroom, you have to leave the room, which doesn't exactly match a romantic and private experience. At one point, I even opened a door hoping it was the bathroom... it turned out to be a closet!

I gave it 5 stars because it's the best I can give.
Fresh, well-prepared food, excellent coffee.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Fortune cookies were offered.

04/11/2025: I went for dinner for the first time. The place was very nice and the service was very good. I ate very well, and many dishes were just the right amount of spice. The soy spaghetti with shrimp could have been slightly improved, and the flambéed salmon nigiri weren't as good as the photo, but they were delicious. The menu isn't bad, but I prefer the tablet. Everything else was special.
