The tagliolini with truffle are superb. I've never been disappointed; the owner is very professional. I highly recommend stopping by for an aperitif, too.

22/06/2025: We were at Ristorante Vignal on Saturday evening with four of us, and what can I say... a truly impeccable experience from every point of view. From our arrival we were welcomed in a warm, elegant but at the same time familiar atmosphere. The staff was extraordinary: kindness, availability and professionalism at the highest levels, always present but never intrusive. We ordered an appetizer and a second course each, and every dish was a joy for the palate: very fresh ingredients, careful presentation and simply perfect cooking of the meat. A special praise also for the selection of wines: we relied on their advice and they suggested a wine that turned out to be exceptional, paired perfectly with our dishes. It is rare to find a place where everything, really everything, works so well: food, service, atmosphere. A restaurant that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. We will definitely be back and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Congratulations to all the staff at Vignal! 👏🍷🍽️

15/09/2025: A classic midday trattoria for workers and others, but in this case I'd call it 5-star luxury. Fantastic and very helpful staff, a variety of dishes, all top-notch, home-style but high-end. Nothing is missing from the table: oil, salt, and cloth tablecloths—three things that are becoming increasingly rare at midday. If you're in the area, there's no point looking elsewhere. Obviously, the prices are more than fair; you leave full and satisfied, and you pay the usual €15 or so. Congratulations and thank you.

16/09/2025: One of the best pizzas we've ever eaten, accompanied by a tomato salad that couldn't be bettered. There's nothing to complain about here, simply brilliant. And last but not least – but only for smokers – you're allowed to smoke at your table in the garden – not a given in Italy. Overall rating: Roman A!!!
