The place is run by young people. We ordered pizzas, burgers, and cutlets: everything was very good. Wide selection. It's very busy on a Saturday night: we had reserved a table for 9:45 PM, but due to some latecomers from the previous shift, we had to wait half an hour to be seated. Despite the poor service, the managers were very polite, trying to find a table for our kids as soon as possible so they could start eating, offering us drinks while we waited, and then serving us promptly once we were seated.

I was passing by... I had an appointment at 7:15 pm but I was early, I wanted to "kill time" having a small aperitif (a glass of prosecco and two chips, nothing exaggerated) passing in front of the pizzeria I saw a guy at the counter drinking a beer so I went in and asked if it was possible to have a glass of prosecco, I was asked if I would be having dinner there and I said no and the girl at the counter said to me: "then we can't excuse me" but what do you mean? I felt like laughing but I was so taken aback that I couldn't ask for an explanation 😅 and then why not me with the glass of wine but the guy with the beer?!? I don't know, if I think about it I'm still shocked, now we know that if you don't have to eat there you're not even allowed to drink something

Good pizza, excellent selection. The only flaw is the decision to have too many tables in a small space, resulting in crowds and too much noise.

Good pizza, mediocre atmosphere, and service that leaves much to be desired, especially when it came to a simple request for beer, a fact supported and justified by the owners. Given this, we gave up. I don't think I'll return.

04/05/2026: A delightful place serving freshly made pizzas, which you can eat in at small tables or take away. Fast service and friendly staff. Recommended.
29/04/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at Pizza Express and I must say I was truly satisfied. The pizza is delicious: thin, light, and well-topped, exactly how I like it. I highly recommend the radicchio and Monte Veronese: truly exceptional, one of the best I've ever eaten. Frankly, I don't understand those who claim the pizza is frozen. I've personally seen that it's refrigerated before cooking, and rightly so, to ensure safety and quality, avoiding leaving it on an unrefrigerated counter. This is professionalism, certainly not a flaw. Taste can be subjective and therefore debatable, but disparaging someone's work with untrue statements is deeply unfair to me. Furthermore, the manager was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Perhaps, before criticizing, we should all do a little self-criticism. I personally recommend it without a doubt.

Hotel Ristorante Bar Edelweiss

17/04/2026: The cappuccino is highly recommended – absolutely delicious – just like at an Italian café!! ;-)
07/03/2026: I come to the Edelweiss restaurant and bar very often. The location is fantastic, at the foot of the cable car and the starting point of numerous hiking trails. Unfortunately, today we came here to the bar after checking the opening hours online (and it says the bar is open Sunday to Monday), but we found everything closed!!!! We're very angry because it's a beautiful sunny day and not a single bar is open for tourists!!! What a shame!!!! I hope this doesn't happen again! Get organized, but you can't keep everything closed!!!
