02/06/2026: If you're expecting a typical restaurant atmosphere, you'll be disappointed. 😉 It looks like a bar with a unique and very well-kept location, but in reality, they serve typical Venetian lunch cuisine with a large selection of very unique and tasty cicchetti. A wide variety of wines, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money, definitely worth a visit. 🤩

06/07/2026: From the outside, it might look closed! We stopped for lunch; the prices were excellent (daily fixed-price menu €14). A very pleasant place, simple but very carefully decorated, with friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioned, perfect for a break in the summer heat. The decor, featuring photographs of the lagoon, is a little gem.

13/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a wonderful discovery in Quarto d’Altino! 🇮🇹❤️ A truly local and authentic Italian restaurant, away from the tourist crowds, with a lovely atmosphere, warm service and absolutely delicious food. And the wine… WOW! Absolutely fantastic! 🍷😍 The kind of wine you’re still thinking about afterwards. This is exactly the kind of place you hope to find while travelling through Italy: authentic, welcoming, full of character and made with love. A little taste of real Italy near Venice. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back! 🇮🇹✨

25/07/2026: We chose MADLY for our final dinner of our vacation, hoping for a memorable high point, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. Looking at older pictures and reviews, it feels like we may have missed the best times of this restaurant. While the service was fine, he could not offer any recommendations or specials. The biggest disconnect for us, however, was the value and quality relative to the price point: Antipasti: The grande meat platter consisted of fairly ordinary cold cuts that didn't add up to grande for the price at all, though the beetroot hummus was genuinely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal. Mains: The €26 mixed grill was disappointing—the chicken thighs were unusually chewy, and the meats (sausage, bacon, ribs) felt overly heavy/fatty. The Scottona picanha ordered medium-rare came out essentially raw inside. The Spanish pork chop felt hastily prepared without much thought to seasoning or flavor balance. The burger and seitan were acceptable, but quite average. Details & Cover: Being charged a €3.50 per person coperto (higher than what we paid in places like Burano) felt steep given the basic bread with hard crust provided, and paying €3 per bottle of water added up quickly. On a positive note, the Valpolicella Ripasso (€33) was wonderful. It is a pity, as we had high hopes, but in its current state, the food and atmosphere just didn't justify the price tag. Hopefully, management can address these kitchen issues to get back to the quality reflected in older reviews.

30/06/2026: I give 4 stars only because of the limited parking but for the rest I really appreciated it, lots of tables, friendliness and many varieties of croissants for breakfast

15/08/2026: As for cocktails, forget it; you'll have better luck focusing on the food. They'll pass off a lime juice as a margarita... so avoid it.

07/08/2026: Boomerang is an excellent choice for a quiet, informal evening. The place stands out for its pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. Special mention goes to the owner, Matteo, who is always kind and attentive, and to Anna for her excellent burgers, well-prepared and very tasty. A pleasant place to return to! Great job, guys!

20/07/2026: You'd easily walk past without noticing this bistro, but you'd be making a big mistake. Fidd is simple and delicious. Everything tastes fresh and authentic with bold flavours. Waitress is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. We ate sausage & pepper pizza and seafood spaghetti. Both were out of this world. Half bottle of prosseco, a beer & a bottle of sparkling water, all for €31.80 & left feeding fully satisfied.

27/07/2026: We ordered 4 kebabs. The order was very simple... They got every single one of the 4 wrong, and all 4 were burned. The meat was truly disgusting. 40 euros wasted. Thanks guys.....🤬😡
