I only have one problem: not all of them, but some of the girls on the phone, really don't pay attention to the customer when they're talking. You can't talk to me on the phone and also listen to whoever's in front of you at the pizzeria at that moment. You have to do one thing at a time, don't place multiple orders at the same time, otherwise you risk (as unfortunately happened to me once) getting the wrong orders, missing ingredients, the wrong type of dough, etc. Or, like me, getting 2 pizzas instead of 1. I paid for one anyway a while ago. Repeating the type of 2 pizzas, the ingredients, the dough for one, and the address (which you've saved for years) three times, and politely asking for a new price list two more times, is not good. Every time I have to repeat it several times... and I always think that sooner or later I'll end up with the wrong pizza. Be more careful when listening... you don't have to be in that unhealthy rush that leads to terrible service. Otherwise, punctuality and everything else is excellent.
