14/08/2026: The setting is nice, but it's a shame that the steak was tough to chew, even though it was rare, and the rib-eye steak was too, and I left the ribs on the plate to show they weren't cooked at all! Too bad the waiter didn't see...

26/07/2026: It's a shame you can't put a negative symbol in front of the stars. I wanted to compliment the owner for her rudeness and repeated arrogance (given the other reviews). On an evening dedicated to the Martellago business owners, without any of us (two couples) asking for anything, she literally kicked us out at the door, telling us, again rudely and arrogantly, "There's no room tonight."
You've found just the right people, ma'am. We all work in contact with the public. I've only been here for 38 years, and an attitude like yours is reprehensible, to say the least. Don't worry, there was no room last night, but if you continue to welcome customers with this arrogance, you'll see how many more you'll have.

In any case, I wouldn't go back.
10/08/2026: We went here for an aperitivo after seeing several videos on Instagram. The food was good; we ordered a sandwich spread, a rack of raw ham, and a grilled chicken. Everything was good, but I wasn't entirely sold on the texture. The Kindergarten dessert was good, but other than that, everything else was really good. I'll definitely return and try other things, as they have a large menu.

06/05/2026: Decent dishes and a rustic yet welcoming atmosphere. I won't dwell on these details because everything was ruined by a biblical wait of between an hour and an hour and a half for our dishes (a couple of people went without their plates for 30 minutes longer than the others), despite multiple requests during the wait and the excuse at the bill that "it's Sunday and there were a lot of people." No comment!

27/07/2026: One of my favorite pubs, with a wide selection of fried foods and beers, friendly and helpful staff, and very tasty and plentiful food! The bathrooms, however, need updating... Unfortunately, they're treated like a nightclub... The staff is clearly busy, but the restrooms could use a more frequent check-up.
Overall, a nice place to spend an evening without too much hustle and bustle!

07/08/2026: We had a great time! The place isn't huge, but it's very welcoming and well-kept, and the atmosphere immediately sets in. We had breakfast and were truly satisfied: there's a huge variety of small pastries, sweet brioches, and even savory brioches, all truly delicious. One thing we really appreciated is that they also make their own bread and focaccia, which are truly exceptional, in addition to the homemade cakes.
Even though the place is often crowded, they always manage to find a place, and the staff is very helpful in helping people find a seat. You can tell they care about their customers. Everything is truly excellent, from the quality of the products to the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

13/05/2026: Plenty of tables, fast service, average food, a typical "trattoria" for a work lunch break. I've never tried the pizza, but it's recommended by many of the Mattone regulars. The atmosphere is also great for large crowds.
