22/06/2025: I have the company agreement that gives the right to a 12% discount, too bad that the girl at the cashier didn't know how to enter it, I could have had a 6 euro discount and instead nothing. I asked for a manager but the cashier told me that there was no one who could help me. Really not very fair, they don't see me anymore

19/06/2025: four stars on trust. piadina chain, so-so staff, ok food, atmosphere in short.. I was disappointed by the french fries, one portion was fine, the other was incomprehensibly fried twice, so refried french fries, inedible. maybe it's the new one's fault. almost recommended, there are better places outside the valecenter.

14/06/2025: I had lunch at MC DONALD'S in Marcon (VE). After lunch we ordered 2 cold macchiatos, they gave us the two coffees together with the metal milk pod with the lid. We noticed that the lid and the handle were completely dirty, covered entirely in honey and encrusted jam and obviously sticky. At which point I went to the waitress/barista who gave me the coffees and told her that the milk pod was dirty. Answer: NO, IT'S NOT DIRTY, LOOK INSIDE IT'S CLEAN IT'S ONLY THE LID AND THE HANDLE THAT ARE STICKY. Consequently I replied that there is encrusted stuff all over the lid and the handle and that if they are sticky it means they are dirty and therefore unhygienic and that I have no intention of touching it and pouring milk from that contaminated pod. She reiterated that it is not dirty, it is clean, it is just sticky.... But it is clean!!! I ask her kindly if she can change it for me and she angrily replies: it's fine even if I don't understand why since it's clean inside!!! She takes the grain and instead of putting it to wash she puts it back in the fridge and puts the milk in a paper cup for me. In theory they are required to take courses on these things and not only that. Hygiene and food contamination are important for places that provide food. Why do they do this bullshit even though they know that they can seriously harm people and when someone points it out, they deny the evidence and don't care??? It's not right to behave like this, because the people who come to you to eat and maybe spend some moments of serenity are the same ones who contribute to your salary. Question to the waiters at MCDONALD'S: If you go out with your families to eat and they present you with dirty and encrusted plates with the food you have to eat and the waiter denies that it is dirty but tells you that it is just sticky, do you eat it anyway or do you feel disgusted by eating on dirt? THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS.... BECAUSE YOU SURELY WON'T WANT IT TO BE DONE TO YOU!!! It was truly SHAMEFUL and DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE FOOD. (PS I'M SORRY THAT I DIDN'T THINK OF TAKING A PICTURE, BUT IT WAS SO DISGUSTING THAT I DIDN'T THINK OF IT)

29/04/2025: Not bad food but they are TOO SLOW, I asked for 4 ravioli and they arrived after 30 or 40 minutes. Not even a smile!

02/03/2025: A truly unique experience, the location is fabulous, like a movie, the staff made me feel really welcomed despite the long waiting times (justifiable for my order) I ate a delicious lamb chop, with trileche sauce accompanied by a sangria and paella, my husband had a Carlo pizza, really excellent, with Sicilian peppers, Umbrian almonds and Spanish trileche sauce, the refinement of the products is good and of good quality, passing through the dessert we dedicated ourselves to a tasting of desserts, including cui, pan au chocolate, churros and xwan crys, all always accompanied by sangria and trileche sauce, I highly recommend, but I don't understand how all the waiters are Asian

23/03/2025: Good ice cream, but 3 euros for the smallest portion (1 scoop) exaggerated price. I found the girl who served me quite unprepared, who, after my request to press the scoop well inside the cone to prevent it from falling to my daughter, instead of pressing it with the portioner as any ice cream maker would do, used the plastic spoon, obtaining a poor result.

01/03/2025: Today, there was the need to stop by the shop once again and we must reiterate the exquisite availability and courtesy provided by the reception and all the kind staff who were particularly attentive to the requests made. A heartfelt thank you for everything

15/06/2025: I have always appreciated your cooking, but yesterday at noon I ate one of your worst dishes... a lasagna that had only the grated cheese on top that was good. We tried it in 3 adults and in addition to having no taste, it seemed made of plastic, practically inedible.

25/05/2025: For a very informal lunch without necessarily going to fast food, it's very good, well cooked dishes with the quality of Giovanni Rana as a guarantee, reasonable prices and courteous service
